Jhansi Hotel

Onboarding took some time as they were not prepared with what rooms to offer us. The receptionist had to call their manager to know which rooms to allot us. In the night no one was picking the phone at reception and house-keeping to setup the extra cot for which i had paid money already. I had to chase the staff who did it after taking a tip from me. Room service served tea in a dirty kettle. But they did serve boiled amul milk for my two kids who were traveling with us. Lazeez restaurant was good. Food & service both were good. No one offered to drop us at railway station although mm t says that this Jhansi Hotel provides free transfer to railway station.

It was good to stay there. But far away from main City. Washroom doesn't have any stand/hanger etc to keep the clothes or used towel. Bathing water tap had some problems. They did not allowed morning breakfast (complimentary) in room on request. Since family member was not well. HR isn't good. I had talked for Drvr stay facility on phone before get it booked. It was told that proper facility is there which was not. Room service was good. Food quality was ok. Ambiance is good. Not excellent but good.

What i like about jhansi Jhansi Hotel is the open lay out of the Jhansi Hotel, rooms in a row with lush green lawns in front. The entire feel is very open. The rooms too are large in size with bathrooms even larger than usual. The rooms are well lit. The shower was excellent. Although there was a marriage party in all rooms adjoining ours, but we felt absolutely no disturbance. We were given good quantity of packed breakfast even at 4. 45 am. The staff was very helpful.

Jhansi Jhansi Hotel once was a british era Jhansi Hotel, renovated recently, it is located very centrally of the city, nice structure, with a very big lawn, rooms are big spacious, clean linen and towels, bedsheet, toilet was clean and working properly, room service was good,. It has got a restaurant, which provides tasty north indian food. My stay at jhansi Jhansi Hotel was very good. How to claim discount?

I have stayed in this Jhansi Hotel 7 times. . I always had an good experience. . Services are unmatchable. For some time during covid times, this Jhansi Hotel was closed, so i had to explore other options. But i always missed this property. There are some other good Jhansi Hotels in jhansi but this one is above all due to their prompt services. I would definitely rate this Jhansi Hotel 5/5

I had an wonderful experience at jhansi Jhansi Hotel. The ambience of the Jhansi Hotel is very soothing and the Jhansi Hotel is located at the heart of the city which make it easier to travel around the city. The Jhansi Hotel staff is very friendly and helping. I would like to make special mention of mr arpita mishra, who always there whenever i needed and help.

Well mannered front desk cordial and helpful. Room clean well maintained, bathrooms spacious but only problem is hot water not available 24 hrs it is timely. I suggest at least hot water on check in time on addition. Food tasty. Location on main road, well maintained lawn. On the whole good stay with pleasant memories. Would recommend friends.

Excellent stay. Though I didn't get the regular room with huge Bath, due to high occupancy, the room was quiet and clean. Hotel staff were seen cleaning the door knobs and handles wherever applicable. Hand sanitizer were present at the check in. Overall a real value for money proposition. Food was delicious

We spend our weekend their and they made our weekend wonderful. My 2 yrs old baby enjoyed playing in the Jhansi Hotel premises. All staffs are very co operative. They provide food for my baby as per our requirement, moreover we enjoyed our food at lazzez.

Clean room and warm service. This Jhansi Hotel is good for business traveller. Well stayed for 2 nights. Thank you.

It's a centrally located in a very easily approachable location, recently renovated, very well connected, it's got two restaurants who served good tasty food with even room service, ambience was very nice, service was excellent, I will recommend this Hotel to stay at Jhansi

This is probably the best Hotel in Jhansi, we loved our stay here. Foods are excellent. Staffs are very helpful.

It's a nice package in himself. Nice food, nice staff, behaviour, and services.

Good staff. Good food. And good location but old/slightly stained linens and no bar was disappointing
