Lake view from the room is breathtaking. Rooftop restaurant is nice, good food and drinks. Downstairs cafe is cozy and has good coffee and food options. There is no phone from room to contact room service. Also they close hotel doors by 9:30 pm probably, so you need to inform them beforehand and keep their contact number if you are planning to stay out late.

Great experience and hospitality. Staff is very polite and supportive. The rooms were clean and the view from the location is awesome! By far the best from any hotel out there in Udaipur. Trust me you will never regret booking this hotel.

This hotel is only for the view! The room service is pathetic, it has just 2 rooms and there is no lift, parking isn’t provided. Also, the staff is very rude and they don’t check things properly, the Tv wasn’t working and there was no one to address that issue. DO NOT BOOK this place, it’s not a hotel!

The hotel and view from balcony suite is amazing and the cafe inhouse is also decent, the manager did not respond well becoz we reached the location before checkin time, that was a little of moment. Kindly reach on time for the checkin. There is no inhouse service available u have to do it on your own. Even the cafe would not serve you in room.

No electricity back up, as there is frequent electricity outage. No facilities for proper food, in the hotel or nearby area. No lift facility, no intercom, gate is closed early at night and open in the morning only at around 8:30, no senior staff available in case of emergency. Altogether it's just another expensive and value for money is 1/5

Tv was not recharge and telephone was not available in the room, and workers was not trained to how the tv channels can do run.

Perfect stay for those couple/family who wants perfect lae view. Excellent amenities, excellent maintenance but only one negative for us was that if u r coming late after 11 pm they lock from inside and you have to call owner to open up.

Very good location

The stay was nice. Location is perfect. You get fantastic view of pichola lake. Hotel doesn't have a parking. You can find parking nearby 100 mtrs in nagar nigam parking hardly 100 mtrs from hotel. Food in hotel closes by 10 pm. You can find nearby cafe where you can hv food till 11 pm. Room's interior is excellent. Overall recommended for a good stay. Owner number is not reachable when required. We tried calling him after 9 pm, but he was non responsive.

they have a cafe below and restaurant above, they have i think 3 rooms in the same building, the view is of pichola lake from the cute little balcony, they have mini fridge, tv and the bed is so comfy ! we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was good with a great view and balcony to lake pichola. But they did not have complimentary breakfast. The room & its bathroom were clean and comfortable with all basic aminities. The only problem was that they close their entrance quite early at night and then you have to call them to enter. The bathroom door was a glass door with fitment isssues and a small border that was transparent. The hospitality was decent. Overall. It was a great experience. I would recommend this hotel to those that want a lake view and a balcony to experience the cool breeze. But if you are only concerned with staying, then there are cheaper options out there.

The room was no doubt beautiful. We stayed as a couple for one day and we loved the food and the ambiance of the room. Its same as we see in the pictures. Apart from these plus points, there were couple of points where they should work upon. To start with cleanliness and hygiene, foot mats were missing. Addition to this, tv was not working properly and wifi doesn’t work in the rooms. They don’t even give the room services which is again a concerning point. Every-time you need to go downstairs in order to ask for something.
