An excellent stay at Jhumar Resort! The rooms were spacious and spotless, the food was delicious, and the staff was courteous and attentive. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant vacation.

Limited breakfast options. Food quality ordinary. Amenities are good but due to frequent power cuts in the area they are somewhat useless. Hotel location is remote , near Netarhat Lake. Good view from room.

There was none in reception counter for 20 minutes on my arrival at about, 1.20pm.When one person came to the counter ,on enquiry reply came out all have gone for lunch. We ordered lunch rice, dal fried potato and omlete after serving the food they said omlete will not be available because they have no stock of omlete and even in Netarhat market eggs are not available. In the evening we came back to hotel with five eggs and given to the canteen requesting them to serve omlete in the dinner. At 5.45 pm 2 cup to tea ordered but tea supplied at 6.50 reason of delay was shef was in rest. In the room tea bags, milk pouch and sugar was for one time tea preparation when asked for more reply came one time is given next tea you have to order to the restaurant.

Food quality was well below par. Otherwise it was good.

I booked a delux room with balcony view, balcony views are too good, rooms are well maintained and clean, they also provide driver's room for free, and provide them food, which was also good feedback from my driver,

Nice and comfortable stay. Great location, good food. Room was quite large. Few things could improve a bit but I am sure they will in time. People were friendly and helpful.

The stay at Jhumer Resort was pleasant and quite comfortable. Foods were tasty , amenities and services were excellent. I booked a room at resort through make my trip and navigated google map to reach the site.

Good things? 1. Ample car parking 2. Comfortable room 3. In house restaurant with good food Bad experience? 1. For the stay of 2 people (which was already disclosed), they provided just one towel and only one soap. 2. On asking for another towel, the person was being rude and was counter questioning me why I needed another towel. Totally unacceptable. He was behaving as if we were staying for free and he was doing a favour. That one experience spoiled my whole stay experience.

All positive with hotel and restaurant . Only Wifi was poor and cable TV was not working. Food was good.

Good hotel but average food. Food is undercooked and way too spicy, but the stay and staffs were good.

The property is very clean and the rooms are well equipped. But they take a long time to bring your food, be it a cup of tea or lunch/dinner. They should work on that.

Property Is Very Nice But Staffs Are Unskilled. They Do Not Have Any Experience In Handling The Guests !

The property was very well located, with good view from balcony. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Food was very tasty and staff were well behaved. Few suggestions - a bigger water heater is needed for the jacuzzi and few security guards at the gate will make this place a perfect stay.

Great hotel for a family trip to netarhat having all the necessary amenities like spacious room with balcony, ac, geyser, restaurant, parking area, driver room etc.

My trip of jhumar resort and restaurant through make my trip app-was amazing. I liked resort and restaurant as well food were delicious and healthy. Scenewas good. Staff behaviour is nice. Over all i enjoyed and loved.

Pleasent stay. Fully satisfied except the hot water supply. Staffs were friendly. Food quality was also good.
