My stay at *jhumar resort and restaurant* was nothing short of exceptional! from the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm smiles and hospitality that instantly made me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating. The room i stayed in was beautifully decorated, and clean, and offered every modern convenience i could have hoped for. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from my room was stunning, with lush greenery surrounding the resort, making for a tranquil and peaceful environment. The resort's facilities were fantastic. Providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The restaurant at jhumar is a must-visit! the food was outstanding, each meal was prepared with fresh ingredients, and the flavors were spot on. The staff made excellent recommendations, especially the housekeeping guy mr. Priyanshu, and their service was impeccable throughout. What truly sets *jhumar resort and restaurant* apart is the personalized service. Every staff member i interacted with went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect retreat for relaxation. I would highly recommend *jhumar resort and restaurant* to anyone looking for a luxurious yet serene getaway. I can't wait to visit again!

Positive: 1. The room was well decorated and well maintained. The toilet was clean. Overall good experience. Negative: 1. In the menu card the price of butter tandoori roti was mentioned Rs. 33 per piece, but when they provided the bill, it was charged Rs. 40. When questioned, they initially denied it but later admitted the mistake. 2. They charged tax for a sealed water bottle.

The JHUMAR RESORT AND RESTAURANT is clean, rooms were elegant and staff was very accommodating. However there is something wrong with there water, it is brownish. Further there was no hot water as their boiler was down. And they could not even supply hot water in buckets. Other customers than myself also have reviewed about this.

Our stay at jhumar resort was exceptional. It has very nice room and the bathroom was super clean with strong flow of hot and cold shower. The staff were were friendly and supportive to our every need. It has a nice restaurant and the food was good too, will highly recommend this facility for any one visiting the netarhat area,

The property was very well located, with good view from balcony. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Food was very tasty and staff were well behaved. Few suggestions - a bigger water heater is needed for the jacuzzi and few security guards at the gate will make this place a perfect stay.

The approach and location of the JHUMAR RESORT AND RESTAURANT is convenient. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. They provide excellent service. Behavior of the staff was very good and professional. Overall stay was superb.

Location excellent. Staff excellent. Rooms are very big and awesome. There was some issue with water when i visited. Water colour was red as if some soil was mixed into it due to rainy season

Just completed our stay at Jhumar.It was an excellent experience. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained.Food was excellent,and hygienic.Staffs are courteous and service prompt.Overall excellent.

Hotel rooms were spacious and the views were good but no toiletries no tea coffee and water in the room. They serve food a little late.
