A decent stay option near Panchgani & Mapro Garden 🏞️. The hotel has a nice façade with rooms that come with balconies and a small pool. There’s also an in-house restaurant (*J Café*). Food at the restaurant was average and overpriced– definitely an area for improvement. The pool is quite small, and the game room needs an upgrade as it still has old setups like a worn snooker table. On the positive side, the staff was polite, helpful, and showed good hospitality👍. Parking is a bit of an issue since the hotel doesn’t have its own, but free street parking is available outside. Overall, a good option if you want to stay close to Mapro Garden, but some upgrades in food, amenities, and parking would make it much better.

Overall, a decent stay but needs to improve

We stayed at the hotel on 12th July 2025 with our family. The staff was polite and friendly, the taste of food was also good and the hotel was very clean which we really liked. However, there were a few issues that affected our stay — the room didn’t have a set-top box, no toiletries were provided, and the game room had a pool table but many balls were missing. Parking was also inconvenient as there was no proper parking area and we had to park our car outside wherever we found space. Overall, a decent stay but the hotel needs to improve some basic facilities.

The staff is just interested in making additional money, during my stay I was called multiple times to take car service. The food taste is not good. The staff called a number of times at my room for taxi service which I did not need, the food was not very good, the washroom sink was cracked completely, a lot of noise was there. Soaps and brushing kit was not provided.

stay was great, the food was really amazing, the reception guys was really helpful.. he offered us an upgraded room at the same cost. although the electricity was on and off often but not a big deal. will surely suggest everyone to give it a try.

Hotel is good. Very clean and having all modern amenities like card lock, hair dryer etc. Very calm locality. Cafeteria serving very good unlimited breakfast. staff is very friendly. Only thing is there are no shops like general store, medical, fruit shops etc nearby.
