Excellent view of lake plus mountain from property, staff will make you feel king . They are good in hospitality . There are always available. Food is superb . You will get whatever you will ask . Hello Maam We knew this in advance that you wil post this review You booked the bamboo hut and then later ask for the deluxe room or cottages but it was long weekend time ao all the other rooms were occupied , if rooms would have been available then we would have definitely upgraded you but all the other rooms were occupied . And you even told us that you booked for cottages then how come huts got booked . In future do book for deluxe rooms or cottages Regards

The location was beautiful. It was a photogenic place. But the facilities were not good. Breakfast options were very low. Deluxe rooms felt like a standard room, Nothing deluxe about it. The place had frequent electricity issues. The support from staff was also limited. I had to remind them of the issues in the rooms multiple times to get that addressed. Not a good experience. Will not recommend it.

Worst stay! if one is going for a short night stay it's ok but for a family getaway - the rooms are bad, mattress is bad, bathroom is not good, towels were torn. Not worth it

Anyone who just needs a place to sleep at an affordable rate you can try. but the bed mattress is so bad , the room is basic and not very clean.. towels were even torn. I suggest anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and stay for more than a night to skip the place

Property is very well maintained...place very calm and well decorated with village theme...all the basic facilities are there ...staff is supportive and take care of your need. Swimming pool is also clean...not tasted food. Rooms are neat and clean. My rooms having swimming pool and khurptal lake view from balcony.

Dear Sir You booked for bamboo hut and then asked for free upgrade to deluxe family suite for the same price , we would have done that but the entire property was sold out so it was not possible to upgrade your rooms . So you decided to leave the property and within 5 minutes you left the property .
