Jk cafe and cottage is located at vijay nagar, about 4 km distance from havelock jetty, opposite to the dolphin resort run by an tourism dept. On way to kalapathar beach. The vijaynagar beach is just 2-3 mins walking distance from this place and gives the feeling of a private beach with very few people around. The property has an excellent seafood restaurant known as famous seafood which is a popular choice among the tourists in havelock. They serve lobsters, crabs, red snapper and other mouth watering delicacies along with north indian and bengali cuisines. All the rooms here are aesthetically designed cottages with a king size bed, a sofa **** bed, tv, ac, a dressing unit and side tables with attached bathroom. The inside decor is done using wooden panels which gels well with the ambience. On the outside there is a small cozy balcony on the entrance. The staffs here are courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Surroundings of the cottage were dirty, room were terrible. Full of termites, cockroaches, lizards and ants. No room cleaning service, bathroom were dirty and hot water not coming in the bathroom. Upon check -in they even don't know about our booking and out of 2 rooms only 1 was available. Only 1 positive point was their attendent who was very helping and caring. Overall terrible experience. We will not stay again here. Our stay at neil banjara was extremely good. Rooms and toilet were clean and good. Staff were caring and helpful. Overall nice experience. Will recommend to others.

Toilet service was not good working and drinking water service not properly supplied, wi-fi not properly work

Food, environment, staff everything was excellent except the room and bathroom needs some cleaning.

There was cockroach and leezard in the room. Very unhygienic. Totally waste of my money. I was busy in removing cockroach and leezard from the room. Even night also passes very horrible. All time afraid of these animals. Overall totally waste of time and money for stay there

Room was untidy, there were lots of termites and cockroaches in the room, was unable to sleep because of the continuous sound of termites. Washroom was not in good condition and also there lots of creepy crawllies in the room.

The cottage is confidently located near a beach and it was a pleasant stay. The owner and caretakers are kind and helpful as well.

Power cut was there. Several times power was not there.

Room is very clean and food is good. We have enjoyed a lot. Staff also good at service. Owner is also a nice person.

Reasonably good cottage, near to vijay nagar beach. Garden we'll maintained. But for pure veg hotel is about 1. 2 km away.

Bathroom was in very very poor state drainage system was so bad big size cockroaches were coming from bathroom electric supply was improper cable tv and wifi not provided although it was mentioned in advertisement i don't recommend it for a happy stay

We stayed there for two nights. Location is good. They have restaurant and food is tasty. Property is not maintained properly. Room service is average. Owner is humble and nice person. Overall rating is average.

Food was average but highly over priced room was also not hygienic. Not recommend at that price only at 1200 rs per night

I have not experienced horrible stay ever before this stay. I cant write all reasons, writing few poor experiences. Very poor hotel stay no one was available in reception during check in, after one hour waiting room allotted by unprofessional staff frequently power supply cut off receptionist cant even check room booking history no room service available room cost too high and many more to say. Horrible experience ever
