JK Park Residency

My family (me, wife and son) stayed here for a day. I booked on a train that arrived early at 9 am after booking the room for 12 pm check-in. After reaching Kannur, I checked with the JK Park Residency if I could check-in early and they asked me to go to the JK Park Residency and allowed a 10 am check-in. I left the next day at 10 am. Room: The room was large, had a double bed and a large and neat bathroom. Location: Slightly outside the main town, but easily reachable by bus. My onward journey was to Payyanur, and this JK Park Residency was on the bus route to Payannur, so that worked out fine too. I had two meals at the JK Park Residency. The dinner was very good. But the breakfast buffet was fantastic - much more than what I expected - there were many items (idli, dosa, bread, eggs, puri, tea/coffee, juice) and the food was tasty. The staff was very friendly and courteous. It was my first trip to Kannur and I couldn't have asked for a better start to my trip. I will definitely be staying here next time I go to Kannur.

Hi, the place is very easy to locate, the rooms are small comparatively but clean and neat. The staff was courteous and friendly. The service also was good, they made our stay and nice and relaxed one. The only drawback I would say is the restaurant management and menu needs to be changed. The options they had given in menu card 3/4th of them were not available and breakfast menu also is way much limited. The restaurant management needs to be changed if they want stay in the market for long. Terrace garden restaurant was not at all functioning. Apart from restaurant other things were all way beyond good for the area. Staff was very friendly. Hope if they keep the restaurant and rooms cleanliness and neatness as it is for longer period it will stay for a longer run and also would love stay here again if they can correct the food menu and its management.

The JK Park Residency is new and clean and is well facilitated with amenities. The bar entrance is segregated which provides privacy for the JK Park Residency guest. Quality of food is excellent and great! Enjoyed our short but sweet stay.

This is a nice JK Park Residency. I liked it very much. Staff is very courteous and help you out with your requirements. Rooms and toilets are nice, clean and spacious. Only drawback is the quality of restaurant food which is average.

Location is not far from railway station, staff is really good, it seems more of a hangout for locals. Rest ample space for parking, good ever helping staff made up for the shortfall.

Renovated and refurbished property. Very friendly and courteous staff. Restaurant service could improve with more selection to choose from.

Very well maintained and clean rooms. They don't understand hindi or english. Hard time communicating. Easily located.
