JLR Kings Sanctuary by Jungle Lodges

I had a wonderful experience at JLR Kings Sanctuary by Jungle Lodges. The stay was comfortable, the food was delicious, and the hospitality made it even better. The absolute highlight was the safari to Nagarahole Tiger Reserve—being amidst the forest, spotting wildlife, and soaking in nature’s beauty made the trip truly memorable

The stay was pleasant overall but a few things need to be addressed - no milk provided for kids even when asked which is utter nonsense. I think JLR also needs to provide 2 safaris as part of package and charge accordingly just like they are doing in Bandipur and Kabini. Many are missing the fine print and the morning nature walk inside the property is comical. Atleast in Dubarre you go for a longer walk. I think I have this fatigue of staying in JLR properties and each stay is worse than the one before that. Bandipur was an amazing stay with the best food , guides, and staff were extremely helpful. Here in Nagarahole staff were not that helpful and the drivers are rude and always in a hurry. I even complained against one since he just drove like a maniac for no reason. And again here you will be eating an entire hour driving on main road and no one could give an acceptable answer why they are avoiding the nearby forest roads even though we cited a tiger within 2km from the resort on the main road. But they choose to drive for like 10kms to take us in to the side roads. Total nonsense!

Excellent place to stay & for jungle safari, we saw elephants, tiger, gour, chittagong deers, wild dogs, paint malabar squirrel, sambar deers, serpentine halk eagle ect in 3 safari 2 days tour. Very satisfied tour with a purpose.

Location , stay , food and safari everything is good 👍🏼!! Only drawback is only one free safari. And camera charges also bit high.

Spacious big room, balcony with clean toilets, food was good home style.

Location great, food was average and not worth the cost, rooms are old and in need of some renovation to keep up with the times. Staff was descent.

The property is superb, excellent facilities, helpful staff and close to nagarhole forest gate. The food was very tasty. We loved it, would come back again!

Great location, friendly staff but the room and other facilities needs drastic upgrade. The room decor and furniture need to be changed and updated immediately.

It was out first at nagerhole and we stayed at jlr kings sanctuary. Lovely hotel, friendly staff. The property is next to the reserve and very peaceful. We stayed in a lovely cottage.

Pretty good arrangement with good quality food and a complementary safari. The room ambience might seem out of date but overall the stay was good. Just check the weather during stay to avoid rainy times as that helps better with safari enjoyment

We had a nice stay at jlr kings sanctuary- excellent location just next to nagarhole national park. Spread out resort with spacious rooms- bit old but decently maintained. Good safari in the evening lasting 3 hours with some wildlife sightings. Food is decent with fixed timings. The staff are very courteous and helpful.

Properly is located nearby nagarhole reserved forest. Food was good. The best part of the stay here is jungle safari.

Rooms are smelly and require maintenance. As such the property seems to be very old with most of the toilet fixtures needs attention
