Hotel without staff...charged around 3700...Hotel which is not taking booking...but Make My Trip cheated me on taking my money...No restaurant,Nobility wit actual paid amount,no hot water...and only one staff

familyIt's a new property and the staff attended well. Manager vinoth was very helpful in arranging travels cab. There are certain hiccups and teething problems of this hotel. Frequent power cuts and non working of generator in one night caused lack of sleep for 2 to 3 hrs in the early hours. Staff in dining area were struggling on the week end with more people coming in. Staff need to be educated to handle things properly.
