I have searched for many resorts in Rameshwaram but thank God I found Joes beach resort. We have family travelling together and had a great experience. Very good staff, service, helpful and breakfast was also very good. This property is next to beach which will give direct access very smoothly. The rooms were very spacious and near and clean. I would recommend solo, couple and family traveler

Horrible Experience

Food was horrible, i vomited after eating the food. There were insects inside room and no service was available. The location of the hotel was in a very isolated area . The bathroom geyser was not working and the bucket was very dirty and not washed properly. It was a horrible property. We booked it for 2 nights but due to its bad condition we could not stay there for more than 1 night or 6 hours. I request you to please refund my booking amount for 1 night

Excellent location and property. Hospitality needs improvement. Staff is polite and helpful but needs to be told repeatedly eg. tables in restaurant not cleaned immediately after each meal.

Very disappointed

Booked for two nights, despite exorbitant cost. But they let down in every aspect - no follow up for arrival, check in was terrible at mid night, irresponsible room.service, complementary breakfast was not of good quality. Checked in late by 12 hrs no consideration on a request for late checkout. Denied water bottles as complementary quota was over.

It's a pleasant stay in the beach resort, food was good preparation and serve to room also in time.. Swimming pool was maintain and cleaning regularly... Childrens enjoyed very much.... Quick power backup if electricity down...and response was good in reception... Walkable distance to beach....

Whole property looks good from outside. Family cottage rooms were not spacious, they are container rooms. Bedsheets and pillows were not clean. Swimming pool was not clean. Breakfast was good but it was very slow.

familyStayed for a night. Spacious room. But after checkin had to ask for a room cleaning. Had to call for towels, kettle, hair dries and other toiletries. These were not available when we checked in. They responded well when we asked for the same. No complaints. The property is very well maintained.
