The Property is not upto the standards shown in images., the shower was spraying 50% and throwing 50% in water Room no 2210., Informed for change of room on the first day itself but no body responded., was staying in the same room for 4 days as i had paid already. room service was good. breakfast was good.

Hotel room was stinking. I had got it changed but that as well was stinking. Bathrooms were improrpley maintained. Curtains were full of dust and not cleaned for many months. Breakfast was terrible as one day they had not provided cut fruits at all. I had given laundry for dry clean and they had spoiled my clothes. It's a terrible hotel.

Stayed a JP Cordial hotel on a business trip. The property is average and a bit old. There were cockroaches all over the room. My colleagues had to change 2 rooms as the room allotted was smelling. The break fast spread was satisfactory

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Right from the moment we entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor. We were a group of four, yet only three bathroom kits were provided. When we asked for the fourth, we were told that since the booking was made online, they wouldn’t be providing an additional kit — an explanation that made little sense and felt quite unprofessional. The bathroom was unhygienic and poorly maintained, which added to our discomfort. We checked in around 11:30 AM, and while the manager on duty did his best to assist us and was genuinely helpful within his limits, it was evident that the hotel was severely understaffed. Shockingly, there was only one service staff member available for such a large property. The breakfast buffet was far below expectations — very limited options and poor quality. Overall, this was a highly unsatisfactory experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even a basic level of comfort and service.

Payment for in-house dinning has to be made upright/while ordering (as if the guests are thieves and will run away without paying). I felt very insulting. The Hotel does not allow early check-in, even if you are willing to pay.

Hygiene and cleanliness seem to be completely neglected. The staff behavior was also extremely unprofessional. They were rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy. It’s hard to believe how they were even recruited or trained for the hospitality industry. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or respectful stay.

I had stayed in this hotel few years ago and based on that had booked this hotel again; but would say it was a disappointment. Only the lobby and hall way was decent, rooms have run down badly; we were given to understand that the hotel is under renovation, but didn't see any such work going on. We reached the hotel around 11.15 am and inspite of the hotel being empty, the staff didn't oblige an early check in citing cleaning was going on. Finally the room was allotted at 12 noon as per their policy; room was not cleaned properly, towels were missing, bed sheets dirty looks like they weren't changed, bathroom run down, etc. overall not a great stay. Didn't have the opportunity to have food or use any other services so can't comment. Overall the rooms definitely needs some uplift!!
