Worst facilities & maintenance, support

Old property, needs maintenance, room. Door was broken, shower cabin bidding was broken, lobby was in mess with used towels and extra bedding. Buffet breakfast - options were good, restaurant was smelly with no ventilation, staff was polite, food was average, specifically cut fruits had strange chemical taste. Front desk staff needs training.

They gave a room in a dungeon, I need climb up and cross Teras and again go for the room, room wasn’t neat , place isn’t worth for the money

The room is unusualy small n sunlight is scarce. The buffet is below average I paid nearly for 2 days . Which frankly i didn’t feel was worth it. It’s okayih but I will not return

I have visited couple of times back but this time something i found which was not acceptable at all. Bathroom basin water logging issue persists everytime. Breakfast menu is not up to the mark even sometime I found only one or two options

Good budget property for solo travellers. Breakfast buffet is good with wide spread. Rooms are neat and clean though small.

Well appointed interior rooms with neat and clean toilets , full on swag and cozy ambience . Value for money

It was a nice stay in JRD, good rooms, clean and without noise. Food was good and I had good time at hotel. Will recommend to others and will stay in future.

The property and it's location is very good. The food and services are excellent. The reception desk is helpful and friendly.

I had booked junior suit, but at a time of cheak in they insisted me to take lower grade room . They don't give good breakfast buffet , waste to book room with breakfast , very slow service, ridiculous property .

The room's interior was pleasant, but the curtains were dusty, and the floor lacked cleanliness. On the brighter side, the toilet was well-maintained. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing, and the food was overpriced. Considering these shortcomings, the room's rent seemed excessive and not justified. However, if you're only seeking a place to stay without focusing on the dining experience, this property could still be a suitable choice.

The overall stay was okay. The hotel name says luxury but from no angle it was luxury. The comforter was smelling and the cover was in wear & tear state. Tv wasn't operational, floor was not clean and the main problem was around bill which i didn't get at the time of checkout because it was 5:30 am and people there were sleepy. On breaking my head with them and on call finally i got the bill next day on mail. No photo available
