we are two person , but bad is too small for two person paid extra 1000/- for twin bad for two perskn

No restaurant available at the hotel. Even for tea we need to go outside. No choice of Breakfast. Whatever hotel can manage from outside we have to take it. Service is also not good.

I gave a fare of 3500 for one night for a deluxe room but the room for not so clean and well maintained,for hot water have to wait a long time,not enough amenities,poor stay

Room was very small. They have build large reception hall and stairs by eating up the space from rooms. Bedsheets were very old and torn. Bathroom water got emptied. Only hot water was coming. When we entered the room, the tv and set top box was all open and lying on the table. Very based experience even after paying 3000 for an ac room

The stay in that hotel was pathetic. They didn't sent any attended to carry our luggage till the room. The room was not upto the mark. Even the bedsheet was not clean. Railway track was hardly 10 feet from the hotel wall and the window was not proper soundproof, so entire night it sounded as if we are sleeping on the platform. For placing order for dinner, when i called, they said that printed menu is not available. I requested to send some person which they refused. However i ordered food via swiggy from some local outlet. At 21:57, i called reception to order 1 watter bottle to which they refused saying it's too late, room service not available. The ac control was not proper and room wall fan was not working. On making call to mmt customer care and having a long conversation for about 30mins and disturbing my sleep, then i got 1 watter bottle and one table fan in the room. Kindly recheck from the hotel management if i m wrong. Lastly the reason for writing this long mail is that stop giving unnecessary stars to such hotel. Because of your brand value i booked that hotel and it went out to be the biggest regret of mine in recent times. Also provide complete refund.

Please nice and excellent stay with very supportive staff behaviour and memeber with good service only quite disapointment food service.

For the early occupancy of the hotel for the same period of stay the hotel charges an extra amount of rs 1500- over your charges. It should not be desirable. The boarders amenities as per commitment should be prevailed. Lift was out of order for the first half of boarding, slippers were not provided. You should look into the interest of your clients who book the hostels through your agency otherwise you will loose your reputation.
