Good reception and attendees are approachable . The room is neat and the bathroom is hygienic. Lift facilities are perfect. It has a good food spot around Saravana superstore nearby. Overall a good experience.

The room was really good, hygienic and well maintained. The staff was well behaved and helpful. There's a restaurant just next to the property so food wasn't a problem as well. The only issue i faced was with the wifi connectivity and the size of the room. Apart from that this property is good for it's price

It was a nice stay clean rooms and washrooms very tidy neat the only thing was not internet not working as wifi was not working because of the whether and iift was not working from the evening apart from this everything was good and calm environment

Not worth for money

Room has not sufficient space to accommodate three persons. Wi fi is working but has not sufficient speed. It is good at cleanliness and room service. Staff are cordial.

Location is the only advantage. The room is very small. We could check in around 8pm and had to check out before 12 pm next day. I feel 24 hours check in and check out should be offered in special cases like mine. The stay was comfortable and staff was very courteous.

The hotel is in a Prime location and easy to access. No restaurant available inside the hotel. But outside we have a Buhari and Juice shop. we need to go out and get the food. Room service people will not buy for us. The TV remote is not in the room, Room service gave it after I asked. No table or Chair in the room to keep the laptop. The latch is not working on the door, so I am not able to lock the room inside. Moreover the receptionist male is very rude. while check-in he asked so many questions and said police will not come to the room. if they come guests need to answer all the questions they ask. These kinds of questions are unnecessary as we know the law. Otherwise it is a good place to stay as a family for one day🫠

Room was small and the bed materials and towels were not adequately clean. No table was there in the room which makes the stay little inconvenient.

Very very dirty clothes. The bathroom lock is stuck and in damaged condition. The attender's behaviour is a little different, his look is not good. Always some dirty smell in the entire room.

We stayed here while traveling to chennai for a us visa appointment. We took a room with 2 cots. The rooms were tiny but very tidy and clean. The location is great. Would recommend this place for the budget. Excellent experience. The staff are co-operative and polite.
