Room service was poor. As per booking i was entitled for 15%discount of meals. First the bill of meal was given without actual discount but showing on the bill. Later when i complained then the bill was corrected. The big minus was not having any staying facility for drivers of the guests.

We opted for the duplex room which was very spacious and luxurious. the resort is very beautiful and we also enjoyed the personal theatre. the resort is far from the city. the breakfast was average with not many options and did not match the 5 star hotel standards. lifts not available for rooms

Poor Stay

The hotel is located at a weird approach, taxis will drop you 500 meters away and not make the climb to the hotel. The grade is steep and ill-managed. Hotel staff turns a blind eye towards that. Rooms are good, spacious. Food is a disaster, same menu repeated over and over with different names. All family members caught a severe stomach infection with their food. Kids vomited all night after dinner. When reported, they had nothing to say. Apparantly the hotel is going through some management changes, and nonone cares. A trap, certainly NOT a 4 or 5 star.
