I recently stayed at Jungle Hostel in Choj, and it exceeded my expectations on multiple fronts. Firstly, the property is impressively clean and well-maintained – kudos to Bishal for handling housekeeping with such diligence. The common washrooms, dorms, and all communal spaces are a testament to their commitment to cleanliness. Yash, the manager, is a standout individual who goes above and beyond. From seamless check-in to providing insightful options for nearby exploration and facilitating various facilities, he's there every step of the way. The food at Jungle is a highlight. With a kitchen that opens around 10ish, the mobile website makes ordering hassle-free. Chef Lucky and Deepak are professionals who deliver food that not only tastes phenomenal but comes at very reasonable rates. Originally planning to stay for just a day, I couldn't resist extending my stay for an additional two days. If you find yourself in Choj, Jungle Hostel is easily one of the best places to stay. And for food enthusiasts, don't miss out on Sanjana Cafe and, of course, Nomads Hostel for excellent lunch and breakfast options.

I recently stayed at jungle hostel in kasol, and i must say it was an unforgettable experience. Located in the serene village of choj, this hostel offers a unique and authentic stay for travelers seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. First and foremost, the location of choj village hostel is breathtaking. Surrounded by lush green mountains and the gushing parvati river, the hostel offers stunning views of the natural beauty that kasol is known for. The peaceful ambiance of the village, coupled with the warm hospitality of the hostel staff, made me feel instantly at home. The hostel itself is cozy and charming, with comfortable bunk beds and clean facilities. The common areas are designed in a rustic and artistic manner, with traditional himachali decor and colorful murals adorning the walls. The hostel also has a lovely outdoor seating area where you can relax and soak in the picturesque views of the mountains while enjoying a bonfire or sipping on a hot cup of tea.

I was on a workation here for a couple of weeks. The hostel is situated up a gradual incline surrounded by deodars. The café and the bonfire area are great places to meet people here. The café manager, Joy and I had some interesting conversations. The community manager, Arathi makes sure there are enough things to do each day; the hostel regularly offers packages for short hikes, visits to nearby villages and movie nights. The internet during the entirety of the second week was unworkable; rooms aren't heated and could turn uncomfortable when there are strong temperature drops. All in all, I'd say this is definitely a great place to stay in Kasol though you might have to be ready to walk 800 m one way if you decide to eat outside instead of the café or to even head into town.

Property is located in choj village away from the kasol village - market rush on the river side. Stunning views paired with the sound of flowing river was extremely soothing. Food was decent. The property manager ayush and the main person who prepares food paradip bhai were very accommodating, helpful and, caring. Felt like home. Would for sure go back soon! highly recommend staying st jungle cafe of you're in kasol.

Kasol is a natural place in himachal pradesh. The best hostel in kasol is jungle which is located in choj village. Food quality of jungle cafe is so good. Every area of this hostel is clean and hygiene. The staff here is very polite and helpful especially miss mary who solved all my confusions very well. Overall vibe is so good here. I will definitely recommend this place to travellers

Food- 10 on 10, Host- Yash is 100/10.. couldn’t find a better host than him, he was there to help at any time. Dorms- had no curtains and the blankets were not that comfortable. Location- its little offbeat. Overall its about people over place and i loved how cordial the staff there is. Thanks to vishal for taking us to secret Waterfall with him

This was my first solo traveler trip and jungle hostel make me felt so confident about the whole experience, staying with new people getting to know about there work n all it’s just got possible bcz to f jungle hostel. Host was warm and so excited about my experience. Thanks for this wonderful experience.

Overall the stay in jungle hostel was good. As the name says it was covered with trees and had a trek to kasol market area alongside the river. View from the hostel was very beautiful and food served was tasty and cheap in price + the staff was friendly and active

Beautiful places with good environment. A pleasurable experience during my stay. They arrange bonfire every night and all people sit together at nights and have good discussions and moments. Hygiene was decent, and blankets were warm enough

The hostel is located in choj so you will have to walk a little to reach there but it's worth it. The ambience and view is amazing from the hostel. The staff is polite and helpful. The food is really tasty there.
