We had a great experience at jungle palace homestay at thekkady.

1. Property has great location with clear view of the forest. 2. Room is spacious and super clean. The bathroom is also super clean, and has 24 hour hot water. They provide RO drinking water on demand. 3.The breakfast is dosa and idli, which are very tasty and of more than adequate amount. 4. Note that being a homestay they do not provide lunch or dinner, however quite a few restaurants are within 10-15 minutes walk.

We had a pit stop at Thekkady for our Kerala Trip and we chose Jungle Palace Homestay. Rooms are well maintained and spacious with a nice periyar forest view from the common balcony. The host Rajesh and family was very helpful. Best part was their homemade complementary morning breakfast which was simple but tasty.

The facilities were good, very well maintained place. The location is the main attraction with views of the jungle and the mountains. Big rooms with amenities like personal swings. Owner is very well spoken and humble.
