juSTa Casa Frangipani Assagao (3 KM from Anjuna Beach)

The property is really well situated in Assagao and very close to all the cafés and popular local food places. It’s a bit away from the “North” and touristy Goa but that is probably a blessing. Even if you decide to go there, it’s a 30 minute drive. The property is clean, the rooms are spacious, and it has a very homely vibe. The staff is attentive and friendly, and are there to make life easier. The property is new and it shows in the condition of things. Decent parking space and you may need to leave your keys with the front desk but that’s not a problem. Breakfasts are nice by the pool and overall it’s very relaxing in the chaotic vibe of north Goa. Price wise it’s also fairly competitive and I’d definitely want to stay here again.

Very quite and rich rustic, ethnic feel, of goa. Must stay staff is very helpful and cordial, and they will prepare food as per your choice so nothing to worry about what you will get. The place being in the by lane it's very quiet and serene

This is a superb place to be. The property is clean. From the property location there are other notable places which are near and accessible to travel. The staff is polite. Breakfast is great. An amazing place to be. A must book always

The staff is very hospitable. We were on a workation for 5 days. The experience was very good. They took very good care of us. The room is spacious with decent facilities.

Property location and property are good. Bed is bit small if you're booking for 3 people in 1 room else it is great. Hospitality is top notch.

Experience was good but not awesome. Staff was very good and co-operative. Breakfast was good.

It was an awesome stay. Everything was nice the ambience, the area around, the staff, the food, the poolside. The staff is very responsive in all matters and will make you feel as you are staying at home.

But this discount never happens. Last time i gave review but there was not discount coupon sent on my email. I just don’t understand. This is a scam

Justa casa is a very elegant and comfortable stay. And i must say as a solo traveller i felt comfortable and relaxed staying here. Sachin was very helpful and always greeted with a smile. I recommend everyone to stay in this place.
