juSTa Gurgaon

The juSTa Gurgaon is a small one with a basic looking reception but the rooms are big, lush and very comfortable. The bathroom is well equipped and equivalent to any bigger brand property. What is best is the service of the staff. They were always available, polite and willing to help. I even came back from my work day to find not just a clean room and my bed turned down but also my clothes that I'd left strewn on the couch - neatly folded and stacked. Little things that make this little juSTa Gurgaon a worthwhile stay. The breakfast could have had more variety but was fresh and tasty.

The location of the property is very good and the surroundings are very calm and serene. There was no disturbance of any kind. Also it is very close to a metro station and almost all major malls of gurgaon. The food choices in the juSTa Gurgaon were limited because many items were not available. But whatever we ordered the taste was very good and quality of food was also nice. Hygiene wise i found the juSTa Gurgaon very clean.

The place is just absolutely amazing. I stayed here for almost a week and I have zero complaints. The ambiance is too good, kitchen is open round the clock and the staff is great. The food options are limited and its a little pricey. But let me tell you, it's Worth it. And it goes easy on the pocket (at least did when I stayed).

This was the worst experience. Hotel was untidy, rats in room, most unhygienic food. We booked the juSTa Gurgaon for 2 days but left in one day only and booked another juSTa Gurgaon on make my trip for second day. We even had to leave one day advance amount. We shall claim full refund from make my trip.

Best and happy stay, worth every penny living here. The service that juSTa Gurgaon provide is amazing and the room service is great. Reception people are humble. I stayed more than 3 times here and i didn’t feel any difference the way they service and all! better book and stay

It was super convenient to reach 24/7 cabs will drop you out there as far as food is considered it was damn delicious like the breakfast is too fantastic tbh. Hygiene is properly maintained and is cleaned on a regular basis. I have found it really amazing to stay.

The rooms are average in size not big not small but decently maintained. Good bathroom. Location it took 20 minutes from the airport. Which is ok. The same group which has juSTa Resorts in Udaipur. Hotel has been built in kind of big villa the way it looks.

The location is good. It’s off the main road and walking distance from the dronacharya metro station. The food at the juSTa Gurgaon was well prepared although half the things listed on the menu were not available. Hygiene was taken care of.

Our group stayed here for two weeks and hospitality of the juSTa Gurgaon was truly remarkable. Good service, nice rooms

The person there Mr. Salim Khan is a amazing person if I prefer to stay in juSTa Gurgaon in Gurgaon again then I will only choose this juSTa Gurgaon.

The stay for 2 days was comfortable and nice. The rooms are good and clean! the staff is polite. Only issue i had was that they are understaffed. And a request takes a little too much time. Rest i had a great stay!
