juSTa Rasa Retreat & Spa (Closest Luxury Resort to Neelkanth Temple)

I had a short stay here one night only and we checked very late in the evening. I would say the amenities are average, location is good but too close to the river. It is the usp of the property, the proximity of the river. But my thoughts always go back to how the nature caused havoc here back in 2013 and should we allow such rampant construction so close a river known for its furious nature. The place did have a calming effect. One thing that really encouraged me to come here and write a review is the exemplary hospitality and humanity shown by saurabh gautam the manager of the property. We had left a bag at the reception at checkout. We called back hours after we left apparently we were not home-bound but went to a nearby location before leaving for home. Appreciate saurabh's efforts to make sure the bag is delivered to me. He drove and waited to deliver my bag safely back to me.

Approach to the resort is bit narrow and confusing, and it's better to ask the locals once near. Located right besides a small stream, but the stream is has less water and is full of algae and water bugs. Parking was messy due to a big swamp there. After waiting for quite some time for the luggage, had to go and supervise personally to get it as it was still in the car, seems like the staff is stretched thin and not very motivated. Rooms are clean and newly built, but seem to be super compact, with bed taking most of the space. Washrooms were nice and clean. Food was mediocre and service in the restaurant was quite bad, especially our server, seemed to forget half the order and ignore the other half. Swimming pool was awesome and super clean.

Such a glamorous juSTa Rasa Retreat & Spa (Closest Luxury Resort to Neelkanth Temple) i had ever visited in rishikesh with all facilities up to a classic way they provide hospitality to there clinet. I wish to stay there again and again with my friends and colleagues. And i wish to make my friends and family members to stay at juSTa Rasa Retreat & Spa (Closest Luxury Resort to Neelkanth Temple). Must visit

It was a great experience staying here. Property is pretty spacious, the view is nice, the food is awesome and they have a great variety of buffet dinner and breakfast. Neat and clean and really matches the standards of a 5 star property. Great place to chill with your family friends. Must visit place. Only 1 con- i dont like their bed mattress

My stay with my family was great. Enjoyed our stay had delicious food and high tea was wow. Staff were very attentive and professional. I would plan my next trip soon with more family members and friends booking entire resort. The staff at reception was helpful. House keeping staff very nice.

One hour away from main rishikesh, so if you’re going for relaxation then it is perfect, beautiful green surroundings next to a small river, not the ganga, but where you can go dip in. Saurabh and other staff were very helpful. I wouldn’t call it a 5 star though, maybe only a 4 star

It was a good stay for 2 nights at property. Location is good away from city. Property is very neat and clean well maintained. Swimming pool is nicely located in lawn. Water stream is easily accessible. Overall satisfied with experience. Food can be improved a bit.

Very nice property in the hills. Tasty food with disclipned staff carrying a smile always with a very nice behaviour. Hotel staff arranged a cake for my daughter's birthday and made a trip one of the best. I would highly recommend this resort vising rishikesh.

To reach the property is a task, google location was failed, no proper direction on the way, no advertisement even at the entry it was only a all board of 2 by 4 inches

Location was 24 km far from Rishīkesh. property is small & beautiful but not too much things to do and food was very gud plus staff was very cooperative.
