Good Stay. Can’t say excellent. Services was average. Can’t prefer to stay more than a day. Rooms was normal. Rooms was not like star mentioned on MMT.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at Justa Sattva, The actual condition of the property was dingy, shabby, and far below the standards expected of a 5-star accommodation. This was completely misleading and felt like total cheating As a loyal MakeMyTrip user for over 10 years, I’ve always trusted your platform and have had excellent experiences in the past However, this experience with Justa Sattva was utterly disappointing and not at all reflective of a 5-star experience.

We stay here once a year, at least for special events when we don't want to drive home. The staff is always friendly. I have never had a bad experience, and the best part is its prime location. So, you can walk to everything.

Unhygienic, terrible smell from room and blanket,even i can’t sleep for half an hour, carpet was also dirty, totally different from what we can see in photos , as of my experience im not recommending this hotel and my request to MMT please don’t sponsor this type of hotel if you don’t have proper information of hotel and don’t misguide your valuable customers.
