juSTa Ssatva Resort & Convention Centre

I had booked suit room in justa sstva for 3 days. Room was having quite large space, nice bathtub though jaccuzi wasn't working. Their cleaning service was great, all the staff was very humble and helpful. However food was average, also lot of proper dishes like rajsthani dish, poori bhaji, punjabi dish from menu weren't available. Only junk food like manchurian, soup, sandwich were available. Also there is no nearby any other restaurant so we had to manage from those options. Cabs are easily available from resort but it's little bit far from tourist places. Overall i had good experience of stay apart from food.

Overall good experience. Hotel staff is cooperative. Hotel easily helped with early check in. We were waiting at the reception after check out as our bus was in the evening. Hotel staff was courteous enough and provided us the same room for couple of hours so that we can rest. It's a decent 4 star property but as compared to their juSTa Ssatva Resort & Convention Centre rates, they need to work a lot on different amenities such as swimming pool. It was very small and there was no cleanliness. This property is in outskirts of city so every time you plan to visit any place there is a huge cost involved. Thanks

I was at a different juSTa Ssatva Resort & Convention Centre in lal ghat initially, but changed to justa ssatva at the recommendation of a local friend. The juSTa Ssatva Resort & Convention Centre was as expected and beyond. The location is good, the property is managed well, and i found everything neat and clean. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Mr. Rakesh kumar helped me with some adjustments to my stay and accommodated my requests promptly, including for an upgrade to suite. The rooftop restaurant is also good, breakfast options are also plenty. Will definitely return here for my next stay.

I had a fantastic stay at justa sattva juSTa Ssatva Resort & Convention Centre. The staff was exceptionally considerate and helpful, adding a personal touch to our experience. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. Our suite room, complete with a bathtub, exceeded expectations. The cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms added to the overall positive impression. Highly recommend for a delightful and comfortable stay.

It was a comfortable stay. Property was neat and staff was courteous. It would have been even better if the curtains were black out curtains. We stayed as a family of five with an infant and the juSTa Ssatva Resort & Convention Centre staff cooperated with a bit of early check-in and a bit of late checkout for which i am grateful. Food was okay, it could have been better. Overall it was a value for money visit.

The area is not as nice as some other areas of udiapur. The juSTa Ssatva Resort & Convention Centre looks good. Room size decent. Terrace dining area is also good. We ordered some sandwiches and pizza in the room service. It was average. We had some issue with the bathroom [shower area- water would not go into drain etc, they came and sorted out. Possibly a good option to stay for a large group etc.

Justa sattva is a reasonably good property but definitely not the resort, as written in the name rooms are decent sized with good bathroom staff service is quick and responsive breakfast was below average. Not enough spread of items and they refused to make few routine breakfast items (dosa) when we asked them to prepare. Overall a decent property to stay. Avoid breakfast. Room tariff not justified

My experience in justa was amazing. I was there for 4 days, the hospitality offered by the staff specially" mr. Ishwar" was great. One can expect to have a comfortable and relaxed stay here. Staff is very polite and cooperative, rooms are very spacious and ambience is very nice. People can plan thier stay in justa. It's little far from the city so plan accordingly.

Friendly and polite staff. New property. Very well kept rooms, bathrooms with luxury bath fittings and amenities. Breakfast is good please pay some more attention to the pool area. Many guests are not taking a shower before entering the pool. There must be someone there during peak hours.

Location of property is away from main city. Food & other amenities are excellent. Room is well lighted.

Overall good stay, clean rooms, polite staff and breakfast was also good. It has good accessibility to visit near by places like sreenathji and shiv statue

We stayed here for 2 days, property is newly built and rooms are very good and clean. Breakfast buffet is great. Great hospitality by the staff.

We had a wonderful stay here. Like they say it's a luxury resort. You will really feel it. Spacious rooms, beautiful interiors and so on. The restaurant food was excellent. We had a memorable stay with 2 small kids. Great hospitality!

Food is delicious but only veg available location is not at center but can roam conveniently by ola
