Juvana Resort & Spa at Aamby Valley

No doubt i am leaving this review to make sure that travelers should be aware of the facts that as i made the bookings at juvana resorts the sole reason was the iconic lake view from the villa's room itself although we made the assumptions that the service is going to be outstanding ofcourse as it is based in aamby valley however that wasn't the case, the room services were extremely low on point as the orders came in hours later. When i shared my concerns with the managers they told us about the reasons for the delay of services & it was just as we expected that was short on staffing. The managers were great though & surely knew how to handle the customers ; they assisted us gracefully.

aamby valley city property is damn awesome... it feels like we are all together at some different place.. there were clean roads.. once you check in the receptionist gives you all the details about the property on whatsapp.. wherein they share link of all the location.. which was easy for any new comers to access & explore the property.. there are great water sports activities also.. just one minus point was room service.. overall experience was very good 👍

Service is the issue. Basic items such as shower gel, bath mat etc are missing. Broken swing in balcony. Stains on floor. Mugs are not cleaned properly. Also though there are several restaurants but food variety is very limited. Plus they are not enough to accommodate all guests on even week days.

Property was nice but food was not so good as per the property level, kitchen is so far from property, till food reach in room it was not so hot. Also property not has their own restaurant, guest has to order in room dining. Overall good experience but if food was better it was better

Less than an hour away from lonavala, this township provides you a perfect gateway. Lush greenery, options for different cuisines, water sports, gaming arcade, spa facilities, this place caters to the need of all customers! loved my stay at juvana, would like to visit again.

Location of the property is near lake. The room we got was near lake and the view was perfect. Breakfast was good. Room service was ok. Good place for weekend stay. We played golf which was also good

The rooms were lovely and spacious, and very inviting. The service and staff were very professional and extremely kind and helpful.

Stay is good, but expect no service from the resort it has some weird times of shutting down the bar/restaurant but definitely a great place to unwind

We stayed at juvana, aamby valley for 3 days and it was nice experience. Scenic view, lakeside Juvana Resort & Spa at Aamby Valleys, water sports and many other things makes the trip the perfect one.

What you imagine for your staycation in monsoon… it will get there. Stunning lakeshore view, clouds and hills all are at same place.
