Very disappointing stay Rotten apple in the room Extremely negative attitude of the staff 2 written messages sent to GM but no response till date On my way to BF buffet when I entered the restaurant 3 staff including the manager were busy chit chatting so no meet and greet, the hostess suddenly realised and followed me to ask my room number in a very casual way, I felt really embarrassed and left the restaurant without having B/F NO EMPATHY NO no follow up from anyone A/C was functional like a room heater When I asked the HK for a bottle of water i was told no stock available on the floor So no food no water no A/C no hospitality, is this a hotel for real

Food and service was good . But for that cost the room dint have the luxurious feel . It was clean , bathroom was good . Overall it was a comfortable stay but the room could have some more luxury.

This was the worst stay I have ever experienced. The staff's behavior was extremely rude; they were not helpful at all. I do not recommend this place for infants or children. I absolutely regret my stay at JW because of the staff's rudeness. If I ever have the chance to stay here for free, I would definitely decline.

Service experience at jw hotel was not upto the mark

Despite booking a room with specific amenities, the staff failed to provide updates on breakfast timings, a basic expectation in most hotels. Instead of proactive communication, we had to constantly reach out for information. When we addressed our concerns, we were met with delayed responses and inadequate solutions. Additionally, the offer of coffee without sugar exemplified a lack of attention to detail and customer care expected from a five-star establishment. Overall, the service experience did not align with the hotel's prestigious reputation, leaving us feeling disappointed.
