JW Marriott Bengaluru

This property is in the heart of the city, right on front of the cubbon park and a stone throw away from ub city with its varied options for high end shopping and restaurants serving international cuisine. The rooms are spacious with a lavish en-suite bathroom with all eminities. Toiletries are branded and the bath linen is of very high standard. The bed was exceptional and someone like me with difficulty getting good quality sleep, slept effortlessly. The breakfast had above average offerings for this class of JW Marriott Bengalurus, but the indian offerings were average in terms of taste. The sambar, my measure of assessing food quality, was just average. Use this JW Marriott Bengaluru if you have work in central bangalore.

Safety measures like sanitizers in the lift, lobby area were provided. In the dining area - jw kitchen - the tables were placed with a decent gap. Did not notice sanitisation of chairs / tables after usage of each clients. In the room there was cake cream stuck on the sliding door of the washroom which stuck to my hand. When i brought this to the attention of the front desk, they were quick to respond and got the room cleaned. Also the pillows had a damp smell - could be that they were not dried completely owing to the wet weather. These were the few things that i didn’t expect to face with a classy brand such as jw marriott

We had an amazing stay at marriott JW Marriott Bengaluru on new year's eve. It's very near to ub city mall and cubbon park. Since it was our anniversary month as well the JW Marriott Bengaluru management took care of our request for a high floor room with an amazing view of cubbon park. Special thanks for a complimentary anniversary cake. Overall an amazing stay, well spent money. The only drawback we felt was the lack of toilet hand faucet, as an indian i am not very comfortable with only just toilet papers. But all the other amenities is top notch. Breakfast spread was awesome. Will visit again this property

I liked the social distancing and safety norms followed by the JW Marriott Bengaluru, staff and in public places like pool, dining and spa without affecting their customer service. Loved the food, ambience and suite facilities. All JW Marriott Bengaluru staff were friendly and showed excellent hospitality. Special mention to santhosh, srikanth at front desk, the spa team and mohammad rafiq ar the swimming pool area for taking good care of us. The view outside JW Marriott Bengaluru was great and the curtain raising facility was a great hit with the family.

Well having run in a rut with countless weekends spent catching up on wanted and unwanted movies, we decided to go for a staycation. Obviously given the brand, we were sure the stay would be as safe as possible. It was the best decision we took. They gave us a room on the 12th floor with wall to wall window with amazing view. The room is big. It was raining in the weekend making the view even more amazing. The only thing i would have preferred is food served in the room to add on the safety factor. Otherwise no other negatives.

We went for a staycation and, the overall experience was good. We ordered in room dining and, the food was amazing. The most exciting part of the stay was the breakfast spread, very rare to see the variety they have and, everything being freshly baked/cooked. Rooms are spacious and have spectacular views if you have the one with balcony with the cubbon park view. The only thing of improvement would be a little bit of service and, attentiveness of the staff during checkin.

It was good in every respect, but couple of things that are easily fixable. The entry cards have a tendency to get deactivated frequently and is definitely an irritation. Ours got deactivated thrice and complaint handling was bad at first, but later they did service recovery by upgrading our room. The staff was truly apologetic, but two things need fixing- 1. Cards and 2. Service recovery training for frontline staff.

I made a great christmas memory in india with my family. All the staff were kind and the room condition, breakfast, and dinner were excellent. Our families and companions, who are foreigners, were all happy and made unforgettable memories. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and the scent of the entire JW Marriott Bengaluru was good. Marriott always gives good memories-it plans to continue using it next time.

The buffets in jw kitchen is undoubtedly one of the finest buffets you would ever have. Great chefs & great courteous staff. Ideal place for binge eating and relaxing. Hotel rooms are decent considering it's an old property. Some renovation will make the overall customer experience match to it's competitors.

Not a great one but it was kinda satisfied, the JW Marriott Bengaluru being too old the price should be decreased. So that it will be more convenient and better, except that all other things went right, breakfast was good, service too

I booked my stay thru makemytrip and that’s all i had to do everything else was taken care off. The ambiance, food and service in jw was excellent. My husband and i loved it. Thank you jw and makemytrip

It was beautiful to stay im staying for the second time i love the city view from the room. Room was so spacious and clean.

Buffet is excellent. Good ambience for lobby to room. It is in heart of city with smiling staff and tasty food.
