Stay and room was great. Breakfast was okaish. Also food that we ordered was also fine. One suggestion would be to have an Italian restaurant in place.

My room is not available. At last i was upgrade my room to suit. But hotel charge 33,000 for upgrade. I already pay. But hotel was not consider my paid amount. Hotel staff said that you paid to make my trip, hotel cannot concider MMT payment. Hotel staff said that if you want to upgrade your room then you can make fresh booking. Your last payment is not concider to upgrade. Very bed experience of stay.

The experience was very good. We had a buffet for breakfast and dinner, and it was super. Since I had booked an executive room, I also got lounge access, which was very good. The room was great, and the food and hospitality were also great.

The hotel was good overall nice ambience smooth check in . I mean everything was perfectly fine. Room was obviously good but i have to say there staff are a but of disappointment, they are rude and very self righteous but other then that everything was good.

I booked a triple occupancy room through MMT, and the booking was clearly confirmed for three guests, with full payment made accordingly. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional charge for the third person. With no alternative, I had no choice but to pay. MMT later claimed in the fine print that the booking was valid only for two persons, which is misleading. If that were truly the case, why was the booking confirmed for three guests, and why was I charged the higher amount accordingly? Booking for two guests would have cost less. This was a deeply disappointing experience, and I strongly urge MMT to ensure better transparency and accountability in the booking process.

The Hotel was great as usual. Just one side of the bed frame was broken, there was a depression in the mattress and the Guacamole with the burrito was raw. And next morning at breakfast my chair was broken too. Maybe just bad luck. But all all that didn’t go unnoticed.
