For the first time in my life, i stayed in a best 5-star JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove with my wife and daughter where i went to celebrate my birthday. When i entered the JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove, first of all i liked the security, then both the mams from the front desk were good in nature, i liked their attitude, they gave me a surprise, sent me a complimentary cake to my room, then the boys from the housekeeping department and the girls from the room service department, their work was very good, i liked the overall experience of my stay in the JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove.

The JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove is beautiful and the staff is great. Shailendra singh housekeeping manager took great care of our room and he did excellent turn-down service. The rooms are spacious and the food is excellent. Would highly recommend it for your stay. And the special thanks to mr maheshwar from jw cafe as he was generous and dedicated towards his work and also kept on personally attending us for dinner and breakfast requirements.

This was our third stay at JWM, Mussoorie and it was by far the best of the three. It looks like the team that is at work here raises the bar constantly with its impeccable service. Worth the money ! Already posted on the app
