It took me lot of time and money to access the place as approach was terrible. In spite of my own car i was forced to park the vehicle at unknown place placing me in great risk of car. I had to pay parking charges and transport charges to reach the place. They first put me in a double kingsize bed ac room with no tv and no cupboard. Latter in night they shifted me to a single kingsize bed with tv but no cupboard to hang cloths. Washroom without proper drain put us in most in hygienic conditions. Geyser had temporary wirings causing it to intermittently go cool. The basin in toilet was too small. No toiletries provided, no slippers. Windows were dirty and balcony had bumped furniture. The room charges for ac single kingsize bed accommodation quoted by hotel - while booking which is unreasonably inflated price. I need immediate refund of my excess money paid thru . I have lodged a complaint immediately and it was registered for refunds. Please expedite refund. I intend not to recommend to any one of this property

Due to Maaha-Kumbh mela many of devotees suffer from travelling. And also our hotel is nearest to tample that's why at KUMBH many of roads are closed due to excessive devotee at their. Jai Shree Ram

We visited ayodhya on 25th late night after maha kumbh dip in sangam. Even though we reached hotel premises after 2 am at night, the hotel staff was standing outside to assist to our rooms and settling our luggage. The hotel admins were very polite during this huge rush period. I booked 2 double bed family room. It was spacious for 5 people with all suitcases. It was nice and clean with good arrangements for basic necessities. I'm very satisfied with friendly behaviour of hotel admins and recommend stay at their place.

Our stay was terrible. 2 rooms out of 5 deluxe rooms promised by the host did not have attached toilets. Pathetic situation. I should be compensated for the service not provided. The stay is over. There are no property pictures now. We have checked out. Property owner behavior bad and arrogant.
