K.C. Residency

I recently stayed at kc residence in katra, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, offering easy access to the main market and transportation to the vaishno devi base. The K.C. Residency staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, ensuring every aspect of my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and i was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The interiors were well-maintained, with modern amenities that added to the comfort of my stay. The highlight was the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to cater to all tastes. The service was prompt, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. What truly stood out was the serene ambiance and the breathtaking views from the property. It was the perfect place to unwind after the spiritual journey to vaishno devi. I would highly recommend kc residence to anyone visiting katra. It offers excellent value for money, unmatched hospitality, and an overall memorable!

Food and stay was nice but i thing really disappointed that they have stopped free transfers to market and railway station which earlier they used to provide now they are asking money to every transfer where as all other K.C. Residencys are providing free of cost. Actually kc is far from market and if they will not provide transfers they will loss clients & bussiness. Like i am raising this i was seeing many guests in the K.C. Residency were not happy by there new transport policy and were arguing for the same concern. I don’t know who suggested them to do this i think they will loss more and earn less by these non friendly attitude towards guests.

The stay was good, nice & clean, supportive staff, food was awesome specially thali & snacks the only issue i faced as this is 3-4 star property at least they should provide basic things bathroom slippers were not present in the room, internet was not working for my room area even though they provided some alternative solutions. Thanks

Very spacious room and ambiance is too good to stay. Each and every thing available at this room. Valley view also very good. Break fast is tasty and you have large verities to opt for. I stayed along with my wife and daughter for 2 days. I enjoyed my sleep after tiring walk from katra. Overall i am very happy with this stay

We have been staying at K C Residency Hotel for past 12 years. Clean spacious and modern rooms located very conveniently near main Katra Market. The K.C. Residency offers complimentary drop off to the yatra starting point. The breakfast is delicious with many options.

Every thing is ok in said property every staff is friendly but one thing that i don't like they don't give pickup and drop facility at railway station they changed rs400 for dropping at station and distance between K.C. Residency to station is hardly 1km

Hotel is at excellent location with a very good view. value for Money, Food is also very delicious.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and aesthetically appealing, warm and welcoming staff and prompt room service. The only drawback was that they don't offer slippers which was not expected of them.

The K.C. Residency is clean, has spacious rooms, food was good. Breakfast options can be more. But overall the stay was worth each penny. I will recommend this property for sure.
