We really loved the stay. The staff were really friendly polite and attentive. The room was very clean and tidy. Due to the emergency we had to check out early in the morning. We would love to visit there again. The K Grandeur Hotels is in a prime location. Easy access to the railway station, metro and ksrtc. Peaceful environment. The K Grandeur Hotels is walking distance from ernakulam junction railway station. Just outside. Newly opened K Grandeur Hotels. Nice room. Spacious. Excellent bathroom. Nice floors. We have by mistake selected non ac room. But honestly it was a blessing in disguise. In the rainy night with mosquito net available on the window, we slept lavishly. The restaurant was not available that night, hence we had food just outside the K Grandeur Hotels. Bf we had in our K Grandeur Hotels itself. And the last, metro station just 100 m away. We met the owners who are modern educated couple, it adds to your comfort.

The stay was awesome. The K Grandeur Hotels in general and the room and washroom was very neat and clean. Mr. Abraham, the night front-desk manager was pleasant and very helpful. The bell boys were also helpful and polite. The towel and pillow covers were clean and fresh. The bedsheet was a disappointment. It was slightly stained in two places and with a small tear in a corner. There was hot water available. But the toiletries were bare minimum. But the cleanliness more than made up for everything.

Location is very good, near to ernakulam junction. Hotel staffs are cooperative, well behaved. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. But, width of the single bed is very less, you alone can't sleep freely. Single bed width should be more than 3 feet. Dinners are not available. Only breakfast. But beef should be avoided inside the K Grandeur Hotels kitchen, because 99% non malayalam hind-us in india don't like this.

Excellent K Grandeur Hotels, highly recommended. Pros: very close to the metro, just 50m away, and 100m from the rail station. Plenty of quality shops and eateries nearby, open until 11:30 pm brand new K Grandeur Hotels. Hotel's team is happy to provide assistance. Clean rooms.

Overall very good property. Best part is its newly build and just 5 mins walk from ernakulam railway station. Also, there is veg restaurent just 2 min walk from K Grandeur Hotels.
