Kk Residency Hassan okay but city to Long distance

Good and decent hotel. Very good staff. Room near and clean.

Hygiene was very bad, room, bed, wash room were very dirty need to maintain cleanliness. Bad smell of washroom

Good for a short break enroute to mangalore. Not much you can expect as it is in outskirt. Hotel available but opens very late so we have to find alternative

The stay was good and the staffs were well behaved, the rooms are well-maintained and the hotel location is in proximity to the bangalore highway

Requested for gst invoice but said we don't give. After complaining to mm t said we will give but when check out received gst invoice amount of rs. 1090 including gst. While i paid mm t rs. 1230. So i got lost of rs. 140 which mm t should refund to me.

Clean room, responsive reception. Attached to a nonveg restaurant. It would be nice if the hotel provided new towels and water bottles in the room as a standard.

Experience was bad. K k residency does not have a basic facility like coffee or tea. And we stayed for only a day and they did not refund another days amount

The hotel does not have the basic facility like tea or coffee. And mr. Satyanarayana did not stay for 2 days, but still our money was now refunded. This is bad.

Since the stay was in non tourist spot. It was not mentained properly and it was away from hasan city and difficulty to get good food from staid place. Important thing was it was attached to bar. But the staff were co-operative and good people. Not for couples.

Hello the hotel doesn’t have basic facilities such as lift and hot water facilities

Very small rooms and not provided towel, blanket, soap etc. It is not worth please go with other options

Clean n good room, spacious bathroom. Good service n food. Helpful staff. Toiletries not up to the mark n request to get shampoo n a hand towel was not met. Newly built hotel near channapatna circle on the byepass towards holenarasipur with view of the highway, so some heavy vehicle sounds all through the night is unavoidable. Many items on the menu card - both veg n non veg, but not all available n was told they will be starting soon more of the variety. One demerit is veg n non veg counters are next to each other which is not preferable for many customers. Shared with them this concern.

Poor room service

Hi this is sardar, every time i visit to hassan, i love to stay in k k residents. Reason very clean and very comfortable and it's near to my factory.

Room was ok overall, the fan was not working. Even after complaining they said no other rooms are available even though the room next to mine was vacant. The tv had 2 remotes but they had to share the same pair of batteries. No drinking water was supplied and no proper parking space available as advertised in mmt.

Descent stay with good eat out ( south indian ) as part of it. Clean room plus hotel n also service is good. However very close to main road n lot of traffic noise at night.

I had booked for twin bed but they gave me si gle bed king size. When we check in there needs to be some one to guide with room service no and how to use tv. There were just one towel given, fan was making slight noise the restaurant staff was good but breakfast was average

The hotel rooms were very untidy. There was fungal growth on the walls and ceiling due to rain. No elevator. The blankets and pillow covers were extremely dirty and torn. Very disappointed with the hotel. I am having trust issues with the ratings on mmt now. I should seriously consider using mmt again. Very disappointed.

The stay was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and big. Very kind staff and helpful. The property location is good. Check in and check out was smooth.
