Room and washroom were neat and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Food was really good. Reception staff were polite and very helpful. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so location is very convenient. Overall, a good experience!

Kk residency is right opposite to the private bus stand. It is just 5 mins drive from the railway station also. Rooms are very neat and clean. A/c was very old in one of the rooms we stayed. They have a bar in the property. Staff are very cordial and supportive. A very big dining area and tasty north kerala breakfast buffet also was served to us. Overall excellent stay.

Good location, accessible, exce

The only positive was the room existed when we reached late. There was no coffee sachet. Ordered tea was also made with tea sachet. No hot water on last day. Reception kept saying hot water will soon come. Only positive was they made hot water in kitchen and sent to the room. The bathroom was smelly. Food ordered was not up to satisfaction.

Smooth and beautiful stay, the best hotel in Payyanur town.

We had come to attend a wedding of a close and were not sure of quality accommodation in a small Town like Payyannur, but the hotel didn't disappoint us. Clean linen, bathroom, sufficient hot water in shower, well functioning ac, and good food

It's not four star as given in your website They didn't give extra bed which I had paid for
