K Tree Boutique Hotel

Visit: 29th January 2022 Purpose: Triathlon Event at Kolhapur We had booked this property for our Triathlon Race happening at Kolhapur. This property was recommended by event organisers and I think their recommendations was very good. Clean rooms, very good service and best food at their roof top restaurant. Staff was very polite. Restaurant food had a good bar and main course menu with best service. Hotel management has arranged morning tea for us at 4:00 am with our request since our race reporting time was at 5:00 am. Check-in was smooth and even they helped us with extended checkout time since we were very tired post endurance race day. I would recommend this property for business and family stay if you around Kolhapur for short visit. Kudos to entire K Tree Hotel Team… Con: limited parking space but your cars are safe on adjacent roads so nothing to worry.

All in all a great value for money. Location is right opposite dy patil mall. Customer service is quite decent but sometimes not the most courteous. They can definitely train their staff to treat customers better and make them feel special - this is what elevates customer experience. They have open parking which is open to the street for limited (5-6) cars. Super deluxe rooms are designed in slightly an odd way but the deluxe and suite rooms are great (may be a personal choice.

We booked studio room. They have 1 on every floor. Very specious and clean with 2 attached rooms but service is very slow. We reached by 2 but they gave us room by 2. 30. It was not ready as per them. Food is average but breakfast was disaster. Very limited items that too tastes average. By the time i went fruit were finished. They should seriously work on their breakfast menu and service. Beautiful rooms needs little renovation. All together was a good stay.

Easy check in. Good spacious room. Ordinary toilet. Fair beakfast spread. Good location. Decent staff. Needs improvement in toilet look. At this cost, more facilities expected, or else make 24check out. There are lot of K Tree Boutique Hotels with same cost & facilities. As a manager, i would have thought - why one should choose this K Tree Boutique Hotel? in short, need to reduce cost or increase facilities.

Booked a suit room and room was very much spacious. The location is good. Temple is just 2. 5 km from the K Tree Boutique Hotel. Staff was very friendly. Only problem i had was with the cleanliness. The sofas were not very clean and the ac remote of our room was not working. So little bit focus on the these smaller things would work

The K Tree Boutique Hotel is nice but old needs renovation rooms are ok with all old furniture the bathroom door is jam. The room service was fast the staff was gud helpful n polite the breakfast was gud not too many items but was tasty the restaurant food is very nice and tasty overall it was gud expirence

K Tree is conveniently located Hotel with comfortable stays on short duration. Rooms are bigger compared to other K Tree Boutique Hotels in same category nearby. Room is neat and clean. Missing is tea-coffee maker, refrigerator, mini-bar, electronic safe in room. These can improve guest experience.

As the title suggests, it's a good place for transit. We used it both onwards and while returning from goa for 1 night each. Good to crash, wake up to a simple breakfast, and leave. Their restaurant good is quite good.
All OK. Great value for money. Simple, clean room.
