Kaizun Bed and Breakfast | Room & Wi-Fi

Reached early at 10pm but as check-in was at 1pm and our rooms were occupied as they said, we checked in later in the afternoon after work. Check-in experience was easy with filling up form and submitting id cards. Normal rooms are at ground floor, deluxe at 1st floor and suites above that. Rooms are very clean upto mattress, towels, toilet bowl and tidy. There is no a/c or ceiling fan but a stand fan provided. A/c requirement not felt as it was 25 degrees outside, raining and at night temperature dropped further. The ambiance is very very quiet at night. Only problem is the limited parking space. Only 2 small cars can be easily parked inside the campus. The complimentary breakfast is tasty with many choices and varieties of juice and beverages too. 1 egg per person is allowed. The staff are professional and positive. Overall a satisfaction of the stay.

This place is overhyped, only good part is location of the property. Rooms are significantly over priced and too small. Not at all worth the amount they charge. Delux room do not have any view from the windows, they charge for delux roo which is too high for the kind of room one gets. They don't even have a proper parking. Parking can hardly accommodate 1 suv. Staff is tardy and not at all customer focused. There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner, one needs to order from outside using apps like swiggy or zomato. Breakfast was not available although we were promised an early breakfast when we checked in. Overall a poor experience and not at all value for money. Will not recommended this place, there are many other better options available.

Rooms were clean, bathrooms tastefully appointed. Friendly staff. Not senior citizen friendly as the reception is at 2nd floor with no lift. Parking available, at most for 2 cars in all. They don't seem to have in house chef and they should really consider changing their dinner supplier. Our Indian thali dinner tasted stale, as if it was leftover from afternoon. Quite pricey meals and disappointing quality. We couldn't eat everything we ordered as the curries and rice were not fresh. Breakfast (vegetarian fare, eggs on order) was fresh and delicious. Be prepared to give the staff time to order your breakfast eggs. Located in a quiet part of town, not too far from the busy police bazaar. We didn't miss lack of AC, it was the August season.

A very cozy stay with adequate good tasty breakfast. Everything of the place is done thinking of the tourist's needs and necessities. Special notice given to the cleanliness and comfort. Absence of a restaurant was fulfilled by home deliveries from nearby good restaurants as guided by the Kaizun Bed and Breakfast | Room & Wi-Fi. Also, one can go and have their food in nearby restaurants. Nice roadside stalls ate available with very good local cuisines. Centre point is walking distance from the Kaizun Bed and Breakfast | Room & Wi-Fi. Overall, one can opt for the Kaizun Bed and Breakfast | Room & Wi-Fi without a second thought, away from crowded places but yet very nearby to main junctions of Shillong.

Rooms: the rooms were very well maintained and were clean. We did face minor issues which were addressed immediately, so no complaints on that regard. Breakfast: the breakfast had a decent spread and was of good quality. Food options: as the name suggests, this is a bed and breakfast, and you don't get lunch and dinner here. However food delivery apps like swiggy/zomato deliver and we ordered food for lunch/dinner. Kaizun provides cutlery in this case. Location: it is in the city, 15 mins walk from the police bazar. Overall we expected a decent bed and breakfast and kaizun met the expectations. The staff was very courteous too, overall we had a pleasant stay.

It was pouring heavily when we reached the Kaizun Bed and Breakfast | Room & Wi-Fi.There was traffic in the locality.But when we went to our Kaizun Bed and Breakfast | Room & Wi-Fi room,we were surprised to see the room.It was so neat and clean.The sheets and blankets were clean.The ambience was perfect.The bathroom was so clean.And it had all facilities with inc. hair blower and room heater.We stayed for a day but we had awesome experience.Market was nearby.Church was at walking distance. In the morning we had complementary breakfast which was tasty with fresh orange juice.I will definitely stay here next time when I visit Shillong.I will rate 4.5/5.

In one word- excellent. It was really clean and well kept property, with prompt service. Room was quite big and bathroom was also spick and span. Having spent my initial 15-20 years in Shillong, I know it pretty well and hence chose the Kaizun Bed and Breakfast | Room & Wi-Fi because of its location where there is limited public and vehicular movement. They have a small lounge area where you can sit down and have a relaxing time. Only thing you need to keep in mind is that they close the main gate around 12 at night and in case you plan to stay outside longer, you will need to inform them prior to it.

Well I love the staying.. Pros. 1. This place is just 1km away from police bazar which is walkable distance indeed. 2. Neat and Clean hygiene room. 3. Breakfast provided on time 4. Staffs are very friendly by nature Cons. 1. Although their staffs are friendly but their have some communication gaps between us they neither understand English nor hindi properly, so we used to sign languages some times .. 😂 2. They have no restaurant in their property but one can order it from outside but the restaurant options available near the place are very few and they closes before 7.30pm on normal days.

Good ambience in And Around the Kaizun Bed and Breakfast | Room & Wi-Fi

We had a one day stay at kaizun. We had booked the hill view room, and room were filled with all necessary amenities. In breakfast, we had aaloo paranthe with aalo curry, omelette, pancake. Juice, tea and coffee were available in beverage. Overall it was a nice pleasant stay with 0 hiccups.

Property is very good and near (1. 5km) from policy bazar. Staffs and manager is very cooperative. Room is also well equipped with all required. Good for stay. Room pricing is little on the higher side. Rest all ok.
