Very good Kakkson Villa. Our stay at this Kakkson Villa is plea-sent and joyful. This is a very good family Kakkson Villa and is also fruitful for couple stay and group of youngs also as plenty of option available to enjoy. Swimming pool is also very clean and having clear water. Also has a good wifi connection. Staffs are very good and well behaved, specially the manager. It's distance is approx 100m from sea beach. Food is not up to the mark and quite expensive. Overall very good and lovely stay.

The Kakkson Villa/villa is located a bit far from the beach view, but the connectivity is good. The rooms are really neat and clean with all basic amenities present. The washrooms were clean and tidy. The bed was really comfortable. Just that the beach view was missing and the view of the lower floor outside the window is not at all good. The food was really delicious and hygienically presented. The tea service in the rooms are but delayed. Overall it was really good stay.

The room was good and clean. But they are very strict about check in time. No early check in. We arrived at the Kakkson Villa at 8 am and got a room around 9. 15am. Hotel food i would rate 3/5. Costly but much oily. Lift is there but not clean at all. To the Kakkson Villa owner - please clean that lift as well. Sea beach from the Kakkson Villa is around 5-7 min.

Nice room and view also nice, all rooms are near and clean with all type of service and good for family

Overall it was a good experience, Staffs are supportive,rooms are clean n well decorated .The food was good and the property is nearer to the beach

Hotel rooms are clean and Kakkson Villa food is good but a bit over priced. Cleaning of the room is done regularly. Overall a good experience and sea beach is 5 min walk from the Kakkson Villa.
