Kakkson Villa

This is an excellent hotel with an affordable price. The hotel is near the sea beach. It is very clean.

Staffs don't know hindi. Manager is of terrible behaviour. Restaurant servers food after one hour delay. Rooms are very small .

Property was good to stay but the way to reach there is under construction which looks not so good. Food facility and quality is good there. Staff behavior also favourable.

Clean rooms, supportive staff, near the beach, easy transport access, decent food, great stay! Definitely recommended

Rooms are smelly and no heater as mentioned in ammenites and also bathrooms are not clean and outside roads are also nasty and also water bottles they provide are tap water not mineral dont drink it

Everything about the hotel was exceptional, including the great location and beautiful surrounding atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist, which made for a great first impression. The food in the restaurant was good, offered great value for money, and the service was attentive...

The property is poorly maintained and lacks basic hygiene standards. Not recommended for a comfortable or safe stay.

I booked for two adults, but they were given one towel after asking. So, they should have kept them before check-in, not given them after asking.

1. No professionalism, No cleanliness, waste of money 2. Even A free stay I will never opt at kakkson villa 3. No dental kit , no tea kit , nothing 4. Staffs are raw

Location - Average, garbage dump view from balcony but 5-7 mins walk to beach. Food was okay-ish but service was very slow and delayed. Not very satisfied with service. However, two boys named Karthik and Harish co-operated in room service, cleaning, serving, etc. They deserve a special mention!

Rooms were clean, service was proper, kitchen services were late,staff behaviour was too good, bathroom fittings needs to be repaired, Restaurant AC should be repaired.

Hotel location is the best place to stay for the gentle traveler and the hotel staff are very friendly and gentle.

The property is 7-8 plot letter from sea beach. The property is made good but maintenance is poor. After power cut they do not want to run the generator continuously. Room cleanliness is very poor. Bed covers are not washed fully multiple spots are there. The price of the food from restaurant is very high. one Twa roti is 30 rs which is too much. They donot want to provide dental kit but after showing them MMT they finally provide the same. stuff behaviour is good but very much pressure with less no of stuff. A complementary breakfast is good. Overall one day the current was not there at all night only they have run the generator for 3hrs. The swimming pool is not in the same building. It's in another property. Gyser was not working and after complain they repair it. The terrible experience with baranda it is full of dust and you cannot use it.

The property location is excellent and also the facility is really excellent The staff is also very supportive . Food I feel they should improve the taste of food, apart from this every thing is excellent
