A gated residential Apartments where few of the units are rented out as Serviced Apartments with basic amenities. Drawback is that you get no food options if you are late in night.

The apartment is a location near to a number of offices although the approach road is not paved. There are a number of restaurants nearby as well. Conveyance is easily available. Rooms are spacious, clean. All amenities. I was hoping for a gym as well. Staff is helpful.

It is an amazing location if you are having a plan to visit Hitex or Hitech City. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Breakfast is served daily and it is very basic items like idli, dosa poda etc. You also have a super market just outside if you wish to buy anything for yourself and cook. You also have a paradise outlet also in walking distance. Very neat and clean and we had a good stay.

Terrible Stay

Hotel was truly awful and was clearly nowhere near being a 3-stal hotel, may be minus 3-star - dirty, lack of facilities and of a very, very, very poor standard. Only stayed as arrived late at night and had to leave the next morning and find a proper hotel.
