As soon as I entered saw cockroach on wall and lizard in bottom of cupboard. It seems they don't clean bedding after each stay. TV not working. No soap, towel. In morning when asked for towel staff said will bring at 9:30. eventually got but I didn't use as clearly visible used towel from another room whose occupant night have left hotel early

Hotel name different. Dirty and unkept lift and entrance. looked more like a lodge than a hotel. dirty rooms with cigarette smell, cigarette burns on sheets. dirty bed linen. Room not cleaned. old cupboard with pest. Worst was make my trip didn't do anything to solve my problem. How does a place like this get good ratings???
