Very uncomfortable beds..I had got a neck sprain using those beds..food was below average..no handwashing in toilets and not worth the money. They should improve on overall comfort and service.

1. I booked deluxe room. But I found the room which I stayed was like appartment room. 2. The towels which kept in bathroom was very old one even damaged also. Finally, worthless for money I paid. I can get very good hotels for the same money

This is an excellent property located in a peaceful location in ECR. We were a couple and had no problems in the property with respect to cleanliness, service and other things. It's a serviced apartments with a Lounge and Kitchen, and I would anyday choose this property over other hotels which are crowded. This is peaceful, there was noone in the property when we were staying there. Room service is available 24/7, the staff is helpful. Access to nearby beaches is very easy, just a walking distance of 5 minutes. Washroom is spacious and has hot water 24/7. There is a Fridge you can use as well. Overall an excellent property at this price range and the experience beats the experience of a 3 star hotel where rooms would be smaller, there would be no lounge area or kitchen at this price point.

Rooms are very small and common area for two rooms. I felt not worth for listed price. Finally service apartment converted to Hotel

Excellent property. Great ambience but we need to order the food from outside. Staff is very friendly.

The property was neat and clean but the kitchen has no cooking utensils. Their hospitality team was so bad that they tried for rs. 1000- stating charging for late check out. On a note the check out time was 12:30pm and i was checking out by 12:32pm. When i called they denied of charging fine and the property manager without apologising said ok sir you can go.
