Kamat Yatrinivas, Sattur

Just returned after spending 2 lovely days at Kamat Yatrinivas on Dharwad Hubli road. Organized Had been there with the family (3 adults and 1 kid of 12 years) for a TT tournament organized by Kosmos club near Court Circle in Dharwad. Makemytrip gave a lovely deal inclusive of breakfast at Rs2067 per day. The breakfast was wholesome, tasty and with good variety. Dinner in the evening was toothsome, tried their Methi Malai Mutter and Yellow Dal ending with a sinful Kashmiri Pulao. Dessert choice was Basundhi and shrikniceand. Ordered both and shared. Really nice. Bill at sub Rs800 was another delight. Reception was quite helpful in advising us to take the public transport - buses available to Dharwad within 100 meteres walking distance from the Kamat Yatrinivas, Sattur rather than the expensive option of hiring a car for Rs400 for a one way trip. Also they arranged for a courteous auto for travel back to station in the night with luggage for a reasonable Rs200. Definitely looking forward to visit again and no hesitation to all who are looking for a clean accommodation with delightful vegetarian cuisine without damaging the wallet too much.

The place was Worth the money and room was great, and the location is prime having access to bus stop and main Road, what was disappointing was charging me for breakfast when they said breakfast is complimentary. It was the worst way to earn money from customers. Disastrous customer service.
The complimentary breakfast was a mess, they don't even inform you that there is some coupon for this, I thought the breakfast is free and called room service and asked for best and they didn't even tell me that we need to have complimentary breakfast at downstairs and they just took the order and charged me 70 rs and later they say if you order in the room it costs money.

Overall stay was good in given rate, may work for 1-2 days stay. Note 1-Extra bed is not free for child, while in one of the previous review, it was mentioned as free, but when I asked, reception person told its chargeable 2-only one water bottle is given in the room, generally I have seen 2 water bottles are given, however water bottles are available at MRP only, so this is good Good food is tasty and very reasonable, best part of this Kamat Yatrinivas, Sattur staff little slow but responsive Amenities I don't see if we have pool in Kamat Yatrinivas, Sattur, else banquet halls are there overall calm, friendly budgeted Kamat Yatrinivas, Sattur.

The Kamat Yatrinivas, Sattur rooms including Washrooms are very neat and clean. There is ample parking space for cars. Hotel staff are very responsive and service is excellent. Hotel is located at a very convenient location between Hubli and Dharwad (closer to Dharwad). Complementary breakfast had good variety of south- Indian dishes and was sumptuous. We had south Indian thali for afternoon lunch this was the best meal of the entire stay. To sum it up, I thoroughly enjoyed my 1-day stay in the Kamat Yatrinivas, Sattur.

I had booked the Kamat Yatrinivas, Sattur for 2 days. The room was decent and well maintained but none of the electric sockets were working. It became difficult to charge my mobile and laptop. The breakfast was good but it didn't start at 8 am as mentioned in breakfast coupon. The room service was very good and quick. Overall experience was good. I suggest other travelers to check the electric sockets at the first place and change the room if its not working.

Rooms were clean and staff were very co-operative. Even the food was good and the free breakfast was sumptuous and stomach filling. The restaurant staff were also courteous and smiling which makes your day better. Even the surroundings of the Kamat Yatrinivas, Sattur is well maintained. Minor things like plug points in room, sink has to be looked into as none of the plug points barring one was working. Else, stay was very comfortable and pleasant, thanks.

Staff is good, well behaved. Breakfast is good however only south Indian options (obvious as it's Kamat). Other menu, they do have more options like- Punjabi. Room is good clean, space and bathroom is good. Cons: It's twin bedroom (not double bed) at least for me. So with child, you have to manage by joining. It was difficult to find out- how to change AC temperature, so it was little hot feeling. Overall it good based on what they charge.

This Kamat Yatrinivas, Sattur is a honest to goodness place. Although I found the tariff a bit high it was just about OK. Food served was hygenic and good. There is a restaurant below which is open all the time. Travellers checking out late on the night or early morning need to be careful as there is a flyover being constructed opposite this Kamat Yatrinivas, Sattur

Hot water was not available in one of the rooms.

Breakfast was nice but for lunch we waited for more than 1hour to get single dish.

I had actually been there for week for my exams had a good time, calm place, nice and decent food, South and north indian. Friendly staff on the whole Worth every penny.

I stayed 2 days, first day ok, next day nobody to come room for cleaning.

Our stay at natalya trunila is quite comfortable rooms are clean location wise it is next to the sum medical College which we are frequenting often Service is quite good but food is satisfactory ambiance is good overall our stay for today was good extending our stay for another five days.
