The location is awesome no doubt about it but we couldn’t go inside the estate because of leaches, food was up to the extent, but we had some power issue and coming to the bath there is no satisfaction about hot water expect that everything is satisfied

Lovely place. A very sweet and helpful host plus staff. Clean rooms and bathrooms. They arranged a very polite and experienced driver for us too. Good trek paths within the property. Spot beautiful birds.

I would say this was a nightmare, worst of food, if you are North Indian then stay will become a liability , had to go out for my kid food, owner doesn’t respond once checked in and MR Sathish do not even bother to call you even we complained regarding the food…… go at your own risk , I would say avoid it, go where atleast host is available to listen to you

The property is tucked away in a dense coffee estate and is the highlight of the stay. Rooms are nice. Food is good. Approach road is a little difficult to navigate through. The place according to me is slightly on the expensive side. However, it can be considered for the property and the tree-house!

Check in experience was poor, we informed about an hour before arrival on call still room was not ready and we had to wait half hour after reaching the property (neither we were early for checkin, reached around 2 pm, no alternative accommodation offered for time being so had to wait outside. No assistance provided for luggage during check in or checkout. Room linen was just ok in terms of cleanliness but should be improved. Rooms are spacious but there is nothing except bed, table fan with attached bathroom (booked luxury cottage. We had an horrible experience with ants during night as those were all over floor and reached bed, i woke up due to ant bite only (refer attached photos. There was leech in bathroom, room was not isolated so at night lot of insects came inside near the lights even with doors / windows properly shut. Food was not good either, fortunately we paid only for stay and choose to do dinner at property restaurant. From main road to property the strech of about one km is pathetic.

Pros: good scenic views coffee plantation walk cons: no fans/tv in any room horrible food (it isn't malnad style either) extremely overpriced for the amenities provided wi fi did not work my personal suggestion would be do not opt for food from hotel. They charge 300 per head for one time meal which is very overpriced for the qualiry of food served. You can chose to hove in nisarg veg restaurant which is 20min from the hotel. Always carry cash as the owner is not keen on receiving digital payments they charge 300 for the camp fire which is frankly too much

It was clean and we got sanitized stays n washing area was clean as well mr satish is a great host and very friendly, kudos to the housekeeping staff for providing all the necesseties on time

Food was the only good thing about this place.

Management and hospitality were nice. The staff was courteous. I got a clean and comfortable room with basic facilities. Property ambiance and the location were very nice and easy to access. Value for money property.

We are very disappointed with the service of this property. The place was really nice and beautiful however, the location was too difficult to find as there was no proper Road to reach in that place. The accessibility of this property was poor. There was no caretaker or staff available for room service. Owner was there, who should be more professional and attentive about the guest experience. The service was not as impressive as there was no bottle of water in the room. Food was average and one had to pre-order for that. Management needs massive improvement for the betterment.
