Very poor hotel — not recommended I stayed in this hotel, but it was a very poor experience. Not clean and not worth the price

Room was spacious, Staff is humble, Everything was good, except their breakfast food quality which need to improve.

The location of the Hotel is good and it's close to the Sabarmati river front. the general cleanliness is ok. but at Night I did encounter few small cockroaches roaming around in the room.

Room and ambience was pathetic. Food was horrible. would not recommend it to anybody

staff behaviour not good taking unnecessary details room are not clean and not hygiene not given any clean answer ac not working properly and door are very hard Nearby low area.

Cleanliness has to be maintained more.

I never ever give a bad reviews but yes this hotel was the worst hotel i ever stayed. Mattress was horrible very very old may be i could feel the springs on my back. No bed tea. Kettle is there as a show piece but no tea bags or milk or sugar. There is a phone in room but don't know which number to dial as there is no information. I search number from google and called for tea. I was told you will get tea at 8 am in restaurant only. I am sorry for my review but yes yesterday i asked for puri bhaji but i couldn't take one bite also it was so horrible

Hotel location is very good, staff is less but helpful, food is ok, but beds are not good think they are very old need to replace very good for family stay

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing, to say the least. The room, while average, failed to impress with its lackluster amenities and dated decor. The real letdown, however, was the breakfast. The spread was very limited, and the quality of food was bad, leaving much to be desired. For the price paid, I expected much more. Overall, this below-average hotel falls short of providing a enjoyable stay.

Property is not maintained well. Room and bathroom are in bad condition. Breakfast facility is worst.

Poor cleanliness in rooms. Rooms and bathrooms had lots of hairs and were uncleaned. No service provided even after complaining about it

Staff was good, room is clear value for money stay in this rate. Hygiene are maintained in hotel. But don’t book inculcating breakfast

Worst behaviour by the reception! operation manager at kanak beacon gave me the most unpleasant and unprofessional experience at this hotel. He gave a room which had many issues, cockroaches in the washroom, used towel in the washroom and a wobbling fan which could fall anytime. Tasteless food without salt served for breakfast. When asked for a room service denied saying there were no staff in the hotel and asked me to manage it. We don't pay for such experience. Very arrogant and unwelcoming person. Strict action must be taken against. Horrible hotel and worst management at reception I don't think there is any high level management involved taking care of it. Never book this hotel.

Very poor facility. Very limited food menu. Only two items for breakfast. The bed is not comfortable. No hot water in the early morning. Not recommended for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is good and the staff is also good. Food is costly but breakfast is good in the hotel 1 day staying price is sufficient.

From my one of the known contact reach this property, its in main road, food rate alone little expensive. Ameneties are ok.
