Kanive Eco Stay

The property is in an amazing location. it's in a valley and nicely maintained. You don't have to go anywhere else to relax. You can take a walk around the property and feel the nature and calmness. The natural water stream flowing within thr property feels so close to thr nature and I loved it. They have cows so you csn also get fresh milk. The breakfast was yummy. I lobed my stay here.

I recently stayed at Kanive Eco Stay, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is stunning — tucked away amidst lush greenery and surrounded by the serene beauty of nature. There’s even a mini running waterfall inside the property, which makes the place feel straight out of a dream. The rooms were spotless, and the entire place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. You can really feel the warmth and personal touch in their service. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic local flavors. Every meal felt homemade and comforting. The swimming pool was clean and set against a beautiful forest backdrop — the perfect spot to relax and unwind. What truly stood out was the peaceful night stay experience inside the forest — hearing the sounds of nature, feeling the cool breeze, and watching the stars above was something truly unforgettable. Overall, Kanive Eco Stay is a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and hospitality. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the lap of nature. It was good experience with decent service from hotel staffs

We had a good stay at the resort. the staff were very welcoming, the food was good, the rooms were well maintained and the location was very peaceful. There can be some improvements though, the food menu can have more variety, the washrooms were a bit damp with a damp smell lingering. overall the stay was good but was a bit on the pricier side

It was a wonderful stay , the property was very clean and it is close to the nature where you have natural waterfall , green land and outside water stream flowing gives you a dream location feeling. The owner is very wonderful and down to earth person and also the staff was very polite and helpful. We tried their veg food options and I can bet that you won't find such great and homely food anywhere in big metro cities. They have 2 cows so milk and curd were organic and you can find the difference. It was a great stay and will plan again to visit this place in the future

It was a great experience. The place is quiet, simple and very peaceful! Pradeep jee and the other staffs are so good! They are Very good with the guests. Rio, their dog, Gauri and Saraswati, their cows are there. Animal lovers will have a wonderful time. We had a blast. It was very homely! Will definitely come back again! Thank you for the hospitality!

Great stay surrounded by coffee plantation and a small waterfall and river trail inside the premises which is right next to pool . Food was amazing and decent opinions available in veg and non-veg . You will need to pre order . Decent spacious room and with power backup during the day time as per the host power back up in not allowed at night due to forest regulations ,

Absolutely Amazing Stay! Had a wonderful time at Kanive Eco Stay! The location is serene and breathtaking — perfect for a peaceful getaway. The food was delicious and homely, and the service was top-notch. Special thanks to Mr. Pradeep and Mr. Mohan for their warm hospitality and constant support throughout our stay. They truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind close to nature!

The place is really beautiful with a cozy swimming pool. Property is very clean and surrounded by lush greeenery. They have cows also, you get to drink fresh milk. Staff is very courteous. Food was also good. Overall a nice place to stay.

This property is even better that how it looked in photos, completely worth the money and the placement of this property feels like being in nature's lap.

5 Star Property with beautiful villas of two floors , we stayed at the ground floor.Rooms are too spacious. Very neat and clean too much greenary.Everything is fresh from the farm, they even have cow for fresh milk and pineapple trees for fresh fruits. The property is really beautiful amist the jungle vibes. The swimming pool area was being decorated when we visited but it's also good. They have a tree house for viewing also is a good photospot. The front garden has lovely places for pictures. The food was so homely that I could relate my dad cooking for myself. It was that close. Just one thing to improvise is on the electricity connection. The electricity went for 2 hours at night as there was thunderstorms and since they only had fans in room, it was very hot as we visited on good Friday weekend. Rest overall we loved the property away from hustle of the city a calm place amist jungle.

They prepared dinner though we had communicated them upfront that we will reach late and dinner is not needed. As conveyed, we reached almost by midnight 11:30 pm. They forced us to eat something & sign off some paper though we clearly told them that we didn’t need dinner. From yesterday evening onward s they are calling both of us to pay the dinner bill. Finally i have received a WhatsApp message from them, along with photo of some bill

Good things first. Very clean bathrooms. Perhaps because the property is new. Next, the very courteous and friendly staff. It is because of them that the rating i give is 3. Thirdly, simple but delicious food. No complaints. To the negatives, there's nothing special. The price for these kind of facilities is too much. They charge extra for food over the already high accommodation price. Above all, the owner is very rude to the employees. A decorum has to be maintained. Constant yelling and threatening the employees openly, commanding them to do something or the other, is really irritating and made us feel very uncomfortable. The employees were really good till the owner arrived. They were literally shivering in his presence. But for the hospitality of the employees, i'd give this place a 1* it is 3*only because of them.

Horrible stay there is no freedom so many restrictions and there is no room services also rude behavior
