Kannur Residency

The property is placed in the center of the town, giving easy access to many of the tourist attractions. Most of them are within 5 km of this property. The Kannur Residency is excellently maintained; you cannot find any speck of dirt anywhere inside the compound. There is a soft drink and instant coffee counter at the reception, which is great for travellers who want to maximise the efficiency of their time. The room was actually better than advertised; well designed, furnished and kept. We were also satisfied with the spacious bathroom and hot and cold water. One thing that surprised me was how many dustbins they provided and how empty it was for the next check-in. The staff were excellent in providing us with what we asked. Although it can get a little upscale when booked on short notice, i assure you that it is a bang for your buck.

The Kannur Residency was clean, tidy, and looked good. The bed was comfortable, they provided towels, bedsheets, and soap. The shower didn't have a hot water connection. The toilet was so clean. Have to get the water bottle from the reception, no phone connection to the reception. The room had only one plug for charging. The lights from the verandah came through the window and screen which distracted the night's sleep. There was parking for the bike as well as the cars. Overall it's worth the rate paid.

Myself with my wife and son were at kannur residency from 5th to 7th march 2023 in family ac room. Our stay were excellent. Manager helped us a lot for 2 hours early check in. Room and toilet were very neat and clean and room service was very prompt. Only one deficiency i found that no eletric kettley is available in family room. I would recommend everyone to visit kannur such a beautiful tourist place and definitely stay at kannur residency. Thanks to makemytrip and reception desk at kannur residency.

Kannur residency is an excellent choice for accomodation in kannur at an affordable price. The place is located at a walkable distance from the railwaystation. The rooms were very neat and clean and the service provided was very good. We were allowed with flexible check in and check out timings and the staff was very polite and helpful. Would certainly recommend this stay to my friends and family and would myself prefer to stay here whenever i come to kannur.

I was searching for a Kannur Residency room which is couple friendly near kannur railway station. I checked hundreds of reviews about various Kannur Residencys. Finally i found this. I am very glad with staff's behavior, available facilities, and the well maintained room even it was a non-a/c.

A perfect place to stay at an affordable price. A well defined room with everything one needs and away from city rush but with ease of access to transportation. Friendly staff and excellent service. Flexible check in and check out.

Room is just a 5 to 10 mins distant from railway station and bus stands. Rooms are very neat and clean. Seems renovated in the recent past. Was beyond my expectations at a budget friendly rate.

Room is clean and spacious. Parking space is available. But they didn't provide drinking water or dental/bath kits. Bottled water has to be purchased separately. Location is not that great.
