Kannur Residency

The location of the property was convenient for me, as it's near the railway station and only about 2 km from payyambalam beach and other very good eateries as well. There was no food served here, only water. There's a juice bar though, where you can get many drinks like maaza, pepsi, etc. They take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously, and i was impressed by it. Coming to the negatives, the only one i had was that they only give a small soap and a towel as toiletries, nothing else. Also, the cupboard smelled a little weird, not particularly bad, but it smelled kind of smoke-y to me, but i wasn't too bothered by it. Overall, my stay at kannur residency was good, but they could lower their prices.

After surveying for family Kannur Residencys i picked kannur residency for its proximity to the kannur railway station. The property is ideal only if you have your own vehicle. But mind you there are only limited number of parking slots. The biggest problem for a family is lack of a restaurant. It's a new property and has one expects for a decent stay. The cost is on upside considering no complementary breakfast and access to transport. The staff are friendly and will help. Recommend it for single night stay for bachelors on business trips. Would not fit for a religious family tour

Ours was a three nights stay at kannur residency at the end of may. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom and other amenities met our expectation. Parking was easily available within the premises. Since the location is in the city, yet out of the main streets, safety and ease of travel was hassle-free. For travellers who are looking for a clean, comfortable stay at an affordable price, i would definitely recommend this place. If visiting kannur again, i will certainly stay here!

My stay at this Kannur Residency was simply outstanding. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly supportive, regularly checking in to ensure everything was going well. What amazed me the most was that despite the top-notch facilities, the room rates were quite affordable. Overall, it was the best Kannur Residency experience i've had, offering excellent value for the money. Highly recommend!

I would like to express my sincere thank you to makemy trip you had given an excellent place to stay at kannur in kannur residecy. They were neat and beautiful and their services were superb. Powder rooms and bedroom were very tidy and spacious, storage spaces and sitting areas were good though. We had a memorable days with our beloveds in stay. Thank you somuch.

I recently stayed there on a business trip. It is definitely not a fancy upscale Kannur Residency. But good value for money. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, neat and tidy. There is no restaurant. Walkable distance from the railway station but rather a bit off the main centre. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I stayed in non-ac room for 3 days. The room was clean and neat. I checked in much earlier than the official time, but the reception staff were really courteous and proactive in allocating the room. I really appreciate the service of the reception desk( all people. Thank you.

Very neat and hygiene. Nearby lot of vegetarian Kannur Residencys presence. Ac room very comfortable. Toilet and bath room hygiene excellent.

Rooms and washrooms were clean and well arranged. Even though this facility is near to railway and bus bay, the area is calm and quite. Best suited for one or two days stay when u use the facility just for a good sleep after some official or personal work during the day.

Clean and calm atmosphere, good staff. Only inconvenience is that there is no lift and all rooms are from first floor to upwards. So no wheel chair access.

The stay was very good and the maintenance of the room was neat and tidy. The service was nice and the staffs were friendly. We completely enjoy our stay. Thank you.
