New KANS ONE MADIPAKKAM, very good room with spacious bed, clean and need bed sheets, table with two chairs, nice wardrobe. Only draw back is very small cramped toilets, very small water closet would be difficult for even slightly fat persons. There is no restaurant attached with it, but they would arrange from out side. Hence you may have to adjust on that point. Good connectivity. Much much better than couple of accommodations available near by. Overall, very comfortable stay. Recommended.

Bathrooms can be bit wider. The ambience is just awesome and quiet..The room,the dining, and the spring bed,, everything is beautiful...there is a water heater ,so that we can have our hot water,, whatever everything is simple comfortable and clean ..The bathrooms can be a bit wider..that's all,,the price is very reasonable..😊

The property is located in the prime location. The rooms are clean and staff behaviour is very good. I traveled for a business need for me the stay is very comfortable and travel-ling to different place is very easy and most of all for shopping i don't have to go into any city traffic all renowned stores are available nearby

Had to do a last minute booking and had no idea about koans one but ended up as a good choice. Room was super clean. So was the toilet. Tv was working fine and room service was good. And the receptionist was very polite and helpful. Overall a very good experience. Would certainly recommend this place.

Best and budget friendly stay. Rooms are hygienic. Being a solo traveller i booked a single bed room here which is spacious. Ac working is good. Overall i recommend this KANS ONE MADIPAKKAM to the people who prefer hygiene with minimum budget. That's it. Done.

the property is brand, clean, silent and we have booked king size room that was more spacious. the bathroom were neat and clean. there is table for ppl who travel and work. tv, ac and fan everything were working fine. would love to recommend and visit again.

This place has a good vibe and the atmosphere was great loved visiting this place and the staff were amazing too and the room was pretty clean and comfortable and the price was reasonable love to visit again very soon.

Good staff attitude. Nice clean rooms for the price. Good location. No restaurant but staff were polite and took orders for next morning breakfast. Good for business guests and solo travellers.

The stay is nice comfortable. The washrooms are little small otherwise amenities and every thing we really enjoyed.
