The check-in process was seamless, and the receptionist was incredibly warm and efficient. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The view of the city from our window was simply breathtaking.

Bedsheet given was used one. Had body hair all over it. I checked in in Midnight and they did not replace that bedsheet that night.

Firstly the property is over priced for the amenities. Basic amenities like kettle and ac (deluxe room booked) weren't neat or maintained. on top of this there was some work happening and there was a constant noise for more than 2+hrs typically in the afternoon sleep time. either they should have planned the work timing better or atleast informed the customers about such issues. Neither of which was done.
