Kapoor resorts by d ls in manali is located in pieceful valley of manali. Its location is very good from where tourists could reach to the various locations easily in minimum period of time which help them in exploring nature beauty upto the maximum extent with maximum time. Resort owner should construct stairs for reaching his or her property from road as such way become slippy in winters from snow and it is tough for old people to walk over it as well. Rooms are very clean with proper lighting and hot water facility 24*7. Wall clock is missing in room which must be available. Hygiene and safety standards are remarkable here with very good service at each and every call. Staff is really very supportive who take care their hotlers as family. I am very much satisfied and happy by choosing such resort for enjoying my time in manali, (h. P)

Overall if I say my stay was excellent they offered me welcome drink and also give me some extra amenities. Also DLS Kapoor Resort is at perfect location as it is situated in the trio middle of Hadimba, Mall Road and old Manali. They also provided me with cab for Rohtang and Kasol both with good driver and at very cheap rate. But the only thing I didn't like was staff cooperation i.e I was in DLS Kapoor Resort lawn at midnight and enjoying with my cousin and the DLS Kapoor Resort staff came and commanded us to go to our room as its past midnight. Then why did I even pay for room if I'm not able to enjoy amenities. Else everything was excellent.

Firstly, the DLS Kapoor Resort location is exactly what we wanted. It was near to the mall Road, Hadimba temple and old Manali. Hotel was very nice. The rooms were good, well maintained, cozy and clean. When we checked-in, we were welcomed with tea and coffee as a kind gesture. It was very nice of the DLS Kapoor Resort staff. The DLS Kapoor Resort staff was very co-operative. Their response for anything was very fast. They were available all the time as we expected. The receptionist Ms. Gudiya Thakur was very nice and co-operative as well.

Actually, it is a DLS Kapoor Resort, not a resort. But good DLS Kapoor Resort with cooperative staff. Room service is a little bit slow, maybe because I visited in peak season. Rest everything is the best. The mall road main market is just 750 Meters from the DLS Kapoor Resort means one can visit by walking. Car parking available. If one wants to visit Rohtang or Marhi, the DLS Kapoor Resort staff can arrange permit vehicle.

The DLS Kapoor Resort provides you with a excellent stay with all the amenities you require. Rooms were properly sanitized. They provide you an electric kettle which is very helpful specially during winters. All the basic toileteries are provided. Their food is good with average prices. The DLS Kapoor Resort is at waling 10 minutes walking distance from mall and hidimba devi temple.

We stayed at Kapoor resorts for 4nights 3 days. Sept 19. I must say it was a very very nice experience, DLS Kapoor Resort staffs are very good cooperative and very quick. We were really happy with their service, also I must tell about breakfast and dinner we had. We met chef and thanked him for the yummiest food he prepared. Overall wonderful stay. We had a nice stay in a beautiful spacious room with a comfy and wide bed. There was no heater in the room and so we ordered in extra but it was affordable. Overall i like my stay in there. Nice location, good room in an affordable price.

Hotel was very nice and situated at nice location. Surrounded by greenery. Very calm place to relax. It is 10 to 12min (walking distance) away from the mall road. The DLS Kapoor Resort room and washroom was very neat and clean. The food was delicious. The DLS Kapoor Resort staff was very humbled. Overall awesome DLS Kapoor Resort to stay.

I got this DLS Kapoor Resort at very reasonable rate. Considering the rate, the services was great. Staff was appreciable.

Location is good food is ok. Food quality can be make better. But value for money
