Karma Chalets

The stay overall was good and the staff was very well mannered. But the charges to get a pet were extraordinary. They charged upwards for 2 nights, for a dog to basically just exist in their premises. They promised two meals a day for the dog, which they only gave after bickering about the potion size. There are no facilities for the pets either. You can't even leave the pet with the staff if you want to go out for a dinner. There are restraunts on the property that aren't pet friendly. So basically if you decide to bring a pet, you pay an extra 7. 5k, for no facilities whatsoever, and you give up on even enjoying your own stay to the fullest. They don't tell you this beforehand either. Other than this, the rooms were pretty small and lacking some basic stuff like a hand shower. The staff on the property needed us to full out a review form which was way too lengthy and it wasn't long before it became a nuisance. The garden area was good to have and made the atmosphere very chill and made the stay fun. The staff was very polite (except for being so pushy about the review thingy. Overall i'd like to visit this property again one day when they have their pet game on point. Maybe some dedicated staff or facility where you can leave your dog to have fun with staff that is trained to play with pets. That way a guest coming with a pet doesn't have to sacrifice their own stay for the pet. They can go swimming and to any restraunt they like while their pets are also having a blast!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at karma lake land! the experience was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, the food was excellent. Every meal was a culinary delight, and the variety of dishes offered was impressive. The chefs truly outdid themselves with their culinary expertise. The villa where i stayed was not just beautiful but incredibly spacious. It provided the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The garden surrounding the villa was a picturesque addition, making the stay even more enchanting. The range of activities available at karma lake land was a highlight of my trip. Cycling through the serene surroundings and taking a dip in the inviting swimming pool were delightful ways to spend my days. The 'under the neem' restaurant had an ambience that was nothing short of mesmerizing. Dining under the neem trees with soft lighting created a magical atmosphere that enhanced every meal. Overall, my stay at karma lake land was unforgettable. The combination of excellent food, spacious villa, enjoyable activities, and the enchanting restaurant ambience made it a truly remarkable experience. I can't wait to return!

Reason i gave 4 is because of 3 reasons 1) for no space to take shower and very tiny washroom. Which is unexpected in such huge property. 2) - limited options in the menu. They need to add more varieties especially in starters, chinese and mughlai. 3) 1000 + taxes for resort tour doesn't make sense to me when i have already paid a hefty amount for the room. It should always be included in the package as it is your property and it's your accountability to show it to guests. This will definitely build more clientage and revenue. So don't be too money minded and short term thinker. All these -ve points are for the property owners. Now plus points - personal lawn outside each room, ambience of under the neem, natural ventilation in the room, lots greenery and flowers, rides for kids. Nice big pool, amazing lake area, animal farm - ram lal was too good, under the neem - all the staff was very courteous - dig pal was amazing, navneek is a pure soul, suresh and team was very pro active in asking we needed anything- kudos, ajay and nikhil at reception were very good and cooperative. Overall nice stay and would like to visit again

We stayed there for one night weekend break on our wedding anniversary, we booked magnolia room but it was sweet of them that they upgrades us to a better two bedroom villa, there are lot of amenities to get busy with, like tennis, golf, cycling, swimming and nature walks, we took a tour of resort the guy/driver was very humble and polite and quite informative. Food was also good but not great in under the neem, room service needs to be improved as it took long time to get the stuff in room and had to make many calls to restaurant to get it delivered. Rooms were neat and clean but the patio and our part was not at all maintained and that was a surprise to me. Otherwise i would have given 5 stars, so some improvement here and there and this can be perfect weekend property

It's a jungle really. 300 acres you have villas, golf course, a lake, wild life living there, vegetables gardens, chicken and cow farm, we actually spent 3 hours cycling throughout the property and it was still not enough! there are many different kind of birds, peacocks and the air is just so fresh, food is organic and you can just relax with you family and kids. We loved it over there

I did not expect such an amazing experience when I planned this short trip. I planned this trip as refreshing change my daughter who has locked in house for 2 months due to lockdown. They hygiene standards are world class and sanitization is norm there. My family felt welcome there. Mr. Sethi went out of the way to make us comfortable. Mr. Azar and Ms. Ranjeeta took care of every need and my daughter enjoyed there a lot. They even presented my daughter with a little souvenir, a small mint plant which made our trip one of most memorable trip we ever had. I would highly recommend everyone to please visit this resort once.

This property is one of the best in delhi ncr. Stayed here for couple of nights. Morning starts with birds chirping all around your room. Once you step out, beautiful butterflies greet you. Fresh and beautiful flowers are in abundance around you and you can even sit and enjoy in the private sit-out areas you get along with the room. The food is sumptuous and you get ample variety to have it here. There is also another restaurant at k amp karma where you can have your meal. Staff is extremely polite, humble and greets you with a smile all the time.Overall an excellent getaway for us.

We had one night stay in studio mangoli at karma chalets. The property was easily accessible through google maps. It was just down on nh8. It's a wonderful campus spread over almost 400 acres. The cottages are beautifully built and tastefully decorated. The staff is very courteous and make you feel special. We had dinner at karma club. It was delicious and served with joy. The breakfast was not served as a buffet but they gave us the option to choose anything and any quantity from the given menu. And it was served on table. The service was very quick at 'under the neem' restaurant.

Wonderful experience, a 11/10 experience, friendly and customer centric staff, cleanliness, awesome organic food, great concept, they made our stay special. Great human touch, simply wow experience.

The place has got an amazing vibe. From all the hustle bustle of the city, you can find peace at this place. The food tastes excellent. You feel like home at this place.

My stay at karma was a blissful experience. They are particular about the cleanliness and safety of people. Lots of engaging activities and food places to explore. They can definitely work on dedicate play areas for pets if they truly want to call it pet-friendly.

This is probably the best property around delhi ncr and offers a lot of recreation options for kids and adults. Rooms are super cute and ambience/vibe all around is really positive. I would definitely recommend spending time with your family and friends at this property.

I stayed at karma chalets for two night with my wife and 2. 5 year kid. The stay was fantastic. The staff was very very hospitable and ensured we had an amazing time. The food at their restaurant under the neem was very delicious. The breakfast options could have been better but the quality of the food was great.

This is the best property one can get in and around delhi ncr. The farm, rooms, food, overall service. The property is well maintained. Best of the properties with family or couple outing

We booked the basic room for a stay but it was my husband's birthday and they gave us a free upgrade. The property is very beautiful, surrounded by greenery all around. The food is super delicious but quite expensive. The staff is very polite and cooperative. The property is very huge and worth a visit! our baby enjoyed at the animal farm as well but it was 600m away, and the golf cart was not available at that time (also its chargeable which could be free of cost for the guests) overall we had a beautiful time.

A must visit for people seeking nature and peace away from the hustle bustle of city, serene and picturesque. Must visit
