Not up to the mark. Old property. Very expensive for the available facilities. Business travelers may not like it. far off from the airport and city

The interiors need renovation.Room was stinking to include bedsheets and sofa sets.Running water was brown in colour mixed with sand.Air conditioner were not efficient and room remained hot complete afternoon.So, exactly nothing was as it should be.

Nice hotel friendly staff at outskirts of Bikaner friendly staff. Good place for group stay. Reaching there is a issue as city does not have ola/uber facility

Property is conveniently located, a sprawling bunglow with huge rooms, decent wash room with bathtub and all modern amenities. They have well stocked bar and one nice dining areas all staffs are very courteous and extremely helpful with ever smiling face. I would highly recommend this property

Excellent room with cleanness

The hotel is very good and the staff courteous and helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable but the sofas need refurbishment. Food is good but the rotis should be thinner. Good experience.

The warm hospitality we have received during our stay was the best part of this place. A highly recommended stay if you are in bikaner. Great food, great staff, great hospitality, warm ambience and much more.

We stayed there for 2 nights and it couldn't have been a better decision at that price. We got a rajasthan royal and elaborate welcome, to se the tone of our stay. The rooms were literally king size and full of regal memorabilia, the food was good and always server piping hot. The location can seem like a bit off route, but if you want to be awakened by peacocks in the morning, this experience will not be there in any city centre in the world. The palace ground is huge, overall we loved our stay and will come back here again.

As expected from hr h groups, the stay at karni palace was excellent. Food was homelike and great, they notice every small thing that i mentioned to add or remove from my dish. Staff were very polite, and overall hospitality was nice.

The hotel was neat and clean. The staff is very co-operative and prompt with service. The food is amazing. Loved the entire experience altogether. Would recommend it to travellers wanting to experience a piece of our indian culture.

hotel staff sab se gatiya khana staff ko dekh ke mann hi nahi kiya staff Aisha tha une to bensoo ke tabele me hona chahiye but management ki galti se hotel 😂 dekhte h meri wife ko ko dekh ke aishe dikha rahe Jese me use bhaga ke leke aaya all over bad experience.

The stay, the location, the food, the staff, the service everything was excellent.

Location was excellent. Away from city congestion and not yet far from the city. Food was great. Service was pretty quick and with great smile by the staff. Overall, nice stay !
We were upgraded to 2 suites instead of 2 regular rooms. Thanks for this to the management. The suite rooms are nearly as big as small apartments in urban cities. Large bed rooms, bathrooms and powder rooms. Little focus is required on hygiene side. The lamps and tables in the rooms had a layer of dust. Bathroom curtains were not clean. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. The food was good.

As the property is extremely spacious, huge rooms and lobby, unlike big hotels with too many guests we didn't even cross our paths with other guests. All staff always wore mask and respected social distancing. We stayed in the art deco room which are huge with a separate dressing area. I loved the way this place maintained its old world charm, it's a rare find and suitable for specific taste. Food was bit limited but the resturant mentioned it was due to covid time that they now have limited staff, which is completely understandable. Whatever they provided was excellent.

Heater not heating as needed. Bathroom geyser not working properly. Staff behaviour was good.
