A good karthik estate, beautiful rooms, well spaced and also good food but at complimentary breakfast they told that only one dish and coffee is complimentary and rest we ordered will be charged, all the customers were happy till morning and we can see everyone is not fine with this karthik estate rule. 1 item and a coffee is not sufficient for a hungry men like me if the karthik estate change this it is a good place to stay and rest a night.

Awesome stay loved it. I would strongly recommend this karthik estate to any traveler.
In udupi i have seen everyone not wearing a mask. So i don’t want to complain much about that. But as far as the karthik estate is concerned, i am pleased to stay at their karthik estate. Really nice karthik estate, nice room and nice taste of the food. It my first trip after marriage and my wife liked it a lot

Overall a very good experience. Staff is polite and courteous. Service is good. Everyone is helpful and location is at a major junction which is an advantage. The breakfast menu for rooms with breakfast packages is quite limited. Am sure the management would improve it going forward. Will recommend it.

I stayed in the karthik estate for a day with family. It is very neat and clean, well maintained spacious room. My family loved to stay here. Their veg restaurant (kitchen and seating is separate for non-veg)is amazing tasty food. South and North food and staff served us with good hospitality.

Hotel was neat and clean. Floor and wall surfaces are clean and hygienic. Foods were excellent. Location is excellent on NH 66. No toiletries items in bathroom except soaps and shower cap. No water bottles. Only jug water. No kettle for hot and cold water. No tea bags. Slow room service.

Property location excellent if you have personal vehicle. Food taste was good. Overall a good stay. Struggled a bit with parking as no dedicated parking but shared one. More problematic in the evening and particularly if it is raining or some function in the karthik estate

I visited udupi last week and stayed in this karthik estate for 2 days food is good but location is remote, but as compared to other karthik estates the price is very reasonable, one can drive to any beach in 20 mins from this karthik estate overall experience is good

Location by the Side of NH. Udupi City and temple 15 minutes drive. Room and food were good. We felt the room was bit smaller for the price charged. But overall a good experience in this karthik estate. Can recommend.
