very very horrible experience inthis hotel, very rude and uncooperative staff,dirty rooms with cockroach n mosquitoes and flies,no ventilation,no cleaning,no dustbin bags,no toiletries,very smelly and dirty washrooms,untidy rooms,very very bad experience,

The worst service provided by this hotel.Bed sides and room lights and electrical points are not working in the room and no one takes your luggage to your room. The breakfast timings were not communicated at check-in, it was a bad experience at this hotel, and I would never recommend it to anyone. The worst service provided by this hotel. Electrical lights in the room and bed side lights and electrical points are not working Overall, it was a bad experience at this hotel, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Property was nice (Clean and Hygienic). Hotel Staff was very polite and respectful. Really liked the food that was served. All in all had an amazing experience.

Opted Super Deluxe Room here...Good Stay with excellent Hill side view. .. book only deluxe or super deluxe rooms for best hill side view ... Family & kids enviornment is safe

Hotel is nice food was good too hygiene missing. Staff at the reception was a bit rude at the time of checkin no proper coordination with hotel and inspite of call them twice on the day of traveling n even before that for checking confirmation of booking. Towels were not clean.

The services shown on the time of booking like pool, games, spa, not a single one available. service of food is very bad. Room is below average , The rate is very high, recommended rate is only 2k. over all not recommended for booking.

Bad services room are in terrible condition leaky faucet sang us a lullaby all night, joined by a band of yowling alley cats. Woke up feeling like we'd wrestled a gremlin.

It was a deluxe standard room n a standard room i didn’t like the food n sweet dish it’s too expensive according to the quality! there is no arrangements in the room no carpet no rolls in the bathrooms! this hotel is only one time visit ! no one will visit there again ! i will definitely not!

Only 1 thing is good that this property is on the way to kasauli. Other than that i didn't find anything good in the property.

Nice and clean property with friendly staff. Stay of 2 days was comfortable and peaceful. 20 min drive to kasuali market from here.

Terrible experience. The room booked was very poor in lighting, like a box. On payment of 1500 extra the another room was alloted. After paying 3200 hundred to mm t and 1500 to manager of the hotel the room was alright but wash room was very dirty and uncomfortable. No water in hand shower of senetary seat. Restaurant sevices wree too slow and basic things like jam was not available. If mm t can't provide a good hotel even after paying 4700 then the mm t must s tip to book the rooms.

Stay in the kasuali resort was good experience. Hospitality was good. Rooms are well kept. Food experience was ok, too spicy food. Good for spice lovers.

Stayed with family and had amazing hospitality. The good is amazing and the staff is so helpful. The rooms were cleaned and all services alwete taken care of. Highly recommend

Stay was good. View from balcony side was awesome. Food was also good except their pulao. The pulao were very dry and hard looks like plastic but it should be soft. Hope they the hotel will consider my review for improvement.
