Kasauli Continental Resort

5 stars for food, service, hospitality. 4 stars for cleaniliness since the TV room wall in front of the bed had spots (similar to general household stains) which you do not expect in resorts. This thing would convert to 2 stars by international standards but I guess this was is something not new in high end Kasauli Continental Resorts in India because of excessive dirt inside and out buildings generally. Restroom was clean but the towels they provided were a little too old and not well bleached but smelled okay. Other than that the sofa bed they converted into the sleeping place for third person was very comfortable. Hot water shower in restroom worked great. Beddings were comfortable and clean but bed sheet a little too old for a resort. 5 stars overall still for the staff hospitality, food quality and money value I guess.

I must share my experience of my trip to Kasauli and stay in the Kasauli Continental Resort Kasauli Continental as well. This trip was an unforgettable tour for me and my friends. We enjoyed the scenic beauty which was at its peak. The serene environment mesmerized us as much as it could. The Kasauli Continental Resort service and the staff was best at its service and their hospitality was awe inspiring. Food that Kasauli Continental Resort provided was very delicious, and rooms were very clean and tidy. I must say there are not much places to visit apart from manki point, Christ church, sunset point and the market. There is construction going all over road, so a little inconvenience can be there but it can be managed as public transport is easily available. You can have your own vehicle to travel which would be best.

1. The room was good and as per the description is given in MMT. 2. We have taken breakfast which was also not bad but it can be improved if the menu will be changed on a daily basis. 3. The location was found very nice since it is 8 km before the market. It may be noted that the location will be an individual choice since we take this to avoid the crowd. 4. The amenities were also good, however, we found some flaws in the room that can be fixed (like drawers and cabinet not cleaned properly). 5. Overall the Kasauli Continental Resort is good one can try this (especially super deluxe ac rooms) subject to considering the cost.

The Kasauli Continental Resort staff is nice and friendly. The location is fine if you like a calm and peaceful area stay, away from the centre- town. The food is good and they serve variety. Services are prompt. What I would like to have is that the Kasauli Continental Resort staff should pay more attention to cleanliness particularly the utensils and blankets. Room and bathroom were clean. Nothing wrong there but the bath stool and bucket has dirt accumulated since attention to cleanliness was not good enough. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend.

It was a fantastic stay at Kasauli Continental. All tourist location is nearby Kasauli Continental Resort so you don't have to travel a lot to reach there. Monkey point, sunset point, upper mall road all are elegant location. We have enjoyed a lot while our stay for 4 days. In morning you can have morning walk surround the mountains with the very Fresh air, I strongly suggest the morning walk you will feel very glad to have it at Kasauli because that was the very great part of our tour, beautiful experience.

It's a small, cosy Kasauli Continental Resort, take a room with a view . Lovely breakfast for a little fee and comfortable rooms, service and food too is good . Whatever we ordered was delicious, they have a rooftop restaurant too . Though it got a bit hot in the morning since our room had direct sunlight and their curtains don't blackout totally, they have fans in the rooms which were a relief, over all a good experience

Experience was good with this Kasauli Continental Resort .. I like the stay amenities and facilities ... Also the food was mouthpiece it was yummylicious specially chicken tikka & butter chicken .. Staff was welcoming and helping too. If I get the chance to visit will definitely visit this Kasauli Continental Resort again ... Over all experience was Fantastic .. Value for money ...

Good, neat and modern accommodation with all amenities. Staff is young and courteous. Not too far from city. The rooms itself feel as if you have entered a Japanese Kasauli Continental Resort. Small cramped and functional. The bed quality however was excellent. It is more value for less money. Keep good work. Nice Kasauli Continental Resort to stay at Kasauli.

Good Kasauli Continental Resort staff, great food, nice spacious Kasauli Continental Resort rooms, intuitively friendly staff,all in all a pleasant few days right in the middle of the hills.Mr. Manoj Bhardawaj deserves praise for running a good show.

It was a day well spent. Staff was cooperative, helpful and service was good. There manager helped me in planning a surprise. It was a great visit.

Hot water not coming. It was Luke warm. If I am booking a Super Deluxe Category Room, I do expect something warmer. A heater should be provided because it was too cold in room. Valley view is awesome in Night, especially if it is a full moon Night. Anyways, all in all, a Good Experience.

Nice staff & nice rooms but only super deluxe ones below this not that much nice rooms. Our stay was good and worth the money. Can't stay as its a bit over priced for stay. Food was nice. Loved it & not that much expensive also. Overall it was wonderful experience to stay but a bit overpriced when it comes to room stay.

Room was very clean, spacious with all the luxuries. Location of the Kasauli Continental Resort is very good and approachable from all the tourist locations in Kasauli. Food and Hospitality is also very good with very nice staff.

Ambience is good. View from Kasauli Continental Resort is awesome specifically in night.

All over good. But little think should be manage. Like bedsheet, menus, towels.

Beautiful location, however, difficult to reach as the Road are extremely narrow with many steep turns. Food is pathetic. Ambience is amazing. Live music is cheery on the cake.

On road location. Parking is there but not proper. Good weather.
