Location the property is well-situated, surrounding views were delightful, particularly from the rooms, enhancing the relaxing experience. Food the restaurant was a highlight of the stay, serving quality meals that we thoroughly enjoyed. However, the breakfast experience left much to be desired. The menu options were limited and didn’t meet expectations. Additionally, there was significant mismanagement at the live cooking section during breakfast. Orders were taken verbally without proper documentation, leading to confusion and delays. This lack of coordination between the chef and waitstaff detracted from an otherwise enjoyable dining experience. Amenities the property is well-equipped with amenities for both children and adults. The play area was particularly impressive, offering engaging options for family fun. This made the stay especially enjoyable for those traveling with kids. Services the staff was generally accommodating, but the issues with breakfast service highlighted a gap in communication and organization that should be addressed to improve the guest experience. Entertainment the live performance organized at the property was soothing and added a wonderful touch to the overall experience. It was a relaxing and enjoyable way to spend the evening, enhancing the ambiance and making the stay more memorable. Overall the stay was good overall and well-suited for families with children. While most aspects of the property were commendable, improvements in breakfast management and menu options would elevate the experience further.

My stay at kasauli hills resort was delightful. Nestled amid-st lush green hills, the resort offers serenity, luxury, and breathtaking views. I visited with my parents, sister, and her husband. From the moment i arrived, i was welcomed with warm kahwah and impressed by the attention to detail throughout the property. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with large windows providing stunning views. The decor balanced modern comforts and rustic charm. The bed was comfortable, and the in-room amenities added a nice touch. I loved the balcony with its great mountain view. The staff were attentive, courteous, and always eager to help, elevating the experience. Dining was a treat, with a wide variety of dishes blending local himachali flavors with international cuisine. The outdoor seating area and complimentary breakfast, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, were excellent. The resort offered activities like table tennis, badminton, and a well-maintained garden. The guided nature walk was a highlight, and the spa services provided great relaxation. Overall, kasauli hills resort is perfect for anyone seeking tranquility, comfort, and excellent service. I highly recommend it for a getaway to reconnect with nature.

The property is unique and has good food. Good for couples and family. Must experience their cocktail menu and different views of pine-view forest + valley. The staff is polite. Only problem no food, apart from restaurant timings will be available to you and no in-room dining after 11PM. Basically restaurant i.e also room dining is only open for like few hours a day. Breakfast is your casual breakfast at any good Kasauli Hills Resorts/resort.

It was a wonderful stay with family at kasauli hills resort. It is a beautiful property with serene atmosphere and live music in evening. Food menu is vast and delicious. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Only disappointment was with breakfast buffet otherwise i would have given 5 star.

Resort is good, but difficult approach road to rooms. Not apt for small kids and senior citizens having issues walking. Food was on expensive side. Rooms were nice, well maintained, clean and service and staff was really quick and good.
