The best place to stay in the hills

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained.The food quality was awesome.There was issue with hot water after hours of running the geyser there was no hot water.I booked room with jacuzzi but unfortunately it didn’t work.When I asked to deduct the money they said they’ll provide a gift voucher but as my watspp number was different,I was not given that also.Breakfast was complimentary which I saw later in my booking but they charged me.Overall it was neutral experience

The place is good room is good loved the stay

Stay is good, but don’t fall for the breakfast included booking title. There is no buffet and they ask you to order from the menu it self which is way economical then paying for breakfast inclusion. Location is good , rooms also good. Food should be better it hampers the whole stay experience.

The hotel rooms were neat and clean, which was appreciated. However, the balcony was unusable and the view was very disappointing—completely different from what was shown in the MakeMyTrip photos. Instead of pleasant scenery, all we saw was a dusty construction site, forcing us to keep the curtains closed the entire time.Parking was another hassle, as we had to leave our vehicle on the main road. The host said Kasauli was just a 15-minute drive, but it actually took us 25–30 minutes. There were no cutleries or tea/coffee/sugar pouches provided in the room.The property is located two floors underground, accessed through congested alleyways, and there was no staff available to help carry luggage from the ground floor. I had to manage everything myself.If you only need a place to sleep and move on, it’s acceptable. For anything more,

Good quality food & room is excellent

The room is very low, it is very easy to climb and down, it would have been nice if there was an elevator, the service is fine, not perfect, the food is average, you should never forget to eat biryani, I laughed after seeing the jacuzzi 🤣

Food was awesome. People were friendly and hospitality was great. Jaccuzi was also great. Room were clean. I would recomend to book this hotel.

the worst hotel experience ive had in a while. rooms were shabby and unclean. I checked out of the room 1 hr after checkin in
